The online customer service is great. Last month my order didn't arrive (it got lost in the mail) and customer service sent my order back with free express shipping. The clothes are also of great quality. I was not disappointed.
No thanks…took forever to get without an email follow up to inform of delay. Never received an item so was able to cancel b/c it hadn't shipped. Poor quality, but then the price should have sent red flags up… you get what you pay for and nothing fit that well.

I ordered the white top with gold chain in medium and it was way too big. I ordered the maxi dress in black with a large white flower motif and I did not like the fabric at all... it was slinky and felt very cheap.
I wanted to return them but I have no idea what the shipping will be to China so I decided just to keep them and I will see if anyone else wants them or donate them. I also ordered white "linen" pants and they fit well and I will wear them. I do not like the fact that you charge for shipping. There is no way to know if you like an item until you try it on and then you have to make the time and effort and expense of sending it back. I will use companies that will pay for the return shipping from now on.
