Ordered a large purchase to get free shipping and nothing looks like the quality as expected. I received the wrong sizes and customer care only was concerned about the size on the bag not that the shirt didn't match what was on the bag. I will never purchase anything from this company. They are a ripe off.
Love the dresses but polyester is terribly hot in summer - Only prepared to give it a go because I loved the pattern, style & colour so much. I gave all my other poly or poly cotton dresses away so am scared I wontt use one of the 3. If you don't want to use only cotton, why not rayon (viscose) as they do in Bali?

Web site and app is hard to navigate. It's hard to get all the products your interested in put in the order cart if you are reviewing the item and comparing it to others to go back and find the same item you were looking at previously.

I like the look of NoraCora's clothing, great style, but the quality of the item I purchased was not what I expected. I thought I was purchasing a sweater (as it looked in the photos) but it was a cheap looking shiny material. The price should have tipped me off, but I thought I'd try it. The fit is odd, super long sleeves that are sort of tight and a snug fit. If you don't mind the material, order two sizes larger. If you like the viscose material, you might just like this. It is a cute top.

This was the first time that I ordered from Noracora, but then I noticed some websites stating that you were a scam I got worried, I told the bank to cancel, but my order came shortly after that, and I told the bank to go ahead and allow the charge. I don't know what is going on, but I am reluctant to order from you again. I found it hard/impossible to communicate with you?

I wonder why women are tend to do like that, anyway on our anniversary I have decided to surprise her. I know what type of clothes she wears and likes the most, so I applied to this service in order to acquire some new clothes for my wife. I know her size and I asked about all the details customer support managers, the seemed to me pretty polite. So, I ordered here some clothes and they were shipped quite fast. My wife was so delighted by this fact and now I know where to buy clothes for her.

Like the items found navigating web site a little difficult. Sweaters were t shirt fabric, cotton leggings were spandex. Wont shop again.
Sizes seem to run a little small, but still worth buying in a larger size.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
