Shopping and check out were both very easy. But I was disappointed with the lack of description, particularly about fabric content. The shawl wrap I bought had the pattern stamped on one side only, with the back side white. Too cheap looking to wear, but I might make a table runner out of it.

Not sure about the quality, was disappointed in the overall experience. It wasn't clear in the beginning regarding shipping. It took over a month to receive all of my order. There were things order and shipped separately that prolong the receiving.
On one pair of Sandler shows 4.5 us for size that to small so I clicked US 5 and on the order the size option didn't change to US 5, it remained at Us4.5. If I can't get the brown Sandler in a us 5 it will Beto small. What do I do?

Beautiful clothes, easy checkout, however I am not happy with the condition of the shoes I received. For a cost of $40 Canadian dollars, they look slapped together, poor construction, shoddy. I would return the shoes, but it's too much hassle.

I was pleased with most of the clothes, however one of the sweaters was of inferior quality.
My biggest complaint though, is what I had to pay in shipping. It was almost as much as the order itself. I don't recall seeing an option for the cost of shipping, if I had I would have canceled the the whole thing.
The shopping is good, and good prices. The quality is pretty good also.
I like the variety, and the 4 easy payment plan.
The shoes were too big I wear an 8 and they seemed like a 9. The dress is cute but to big also. I tried to return other things and it's such a hassle I'm just going to keep these items

Size of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in size guide and compare them with your clothing's measurements when choosing size. They are true measurements.

They shipped my order to my previous address even though it's different from my billing address and where I live now (800 miles away). I contacted them twice and was only able to communicate with them via live chat. With the first try, they said they'd look into it and get back to me within five days. Four days later I received an email from them saying they hadn't heard back from me and the package would be discarded or destroyed if I didn't sign for it within two days. I contacted them again via chat (since there is NO phone number for customer service) and was told it was my mistake, and they couldn't offer a return. They told me to contact USPS and get it straightened out myself.

Online ordering was easy and I then got impatient and wanted the 4 items to be delivered in a couple of days. It took a couple of weeks before I received the first item, then another week or so before the other items were delivered.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
