Can't cancel my order. Company continue to bill my account. Will have to cancel credit card. Emailed company requesting they cancel my orders. No where on the website does it indicate you will keep being bill or how to cancel order.

Used this site and hours later multiple fraudulent charges began appearing on my card. Company appears to be unable to safe guard customer info or is contacting with someone who is engaged in fraud or has weak security. I'm sure they will say it is a coincidence however a Google search reveals others have compromised cards after placing orders with this company.

First time ordering. Items shipped must faster than I was expecting for free shipping. Items just as ordered. Fast responses from service team. Will place orders again.

Attempted to cancel an order with an email on Jan 1st.

On Jan 3rd, they shipped the order.

Emailed them moments later requesting they cancel the order and call back shipment.

They answered, saying they couldn't do that, but if I sent the order back they would refund my money.

I sent the order back, one week later, no refund.

I emailed, asking them "Did you get the shipment"

They said, "yes, we received it, you should receive the refund in 5-10 business days."

Today is the 11th business day. No refund. It is now January 31st.

The order never should have shipped, and I have now spent a full month trying to get my money back.

Horrible company.

Good products

I have been doing business with this company for over a year. Their products have always been good and the prices are reasonable. The customer service is also very good. They definitely deserve five stars.
