I contacted the company about a problem with moth ball odor in a mattress that I was given. The customer support staff sent me a very detailed and thorough response on how to treat the mattress. I ordered the products that day, and received the complete order in three days. I am using the products now and will see if I can get rid of the smell.

User friendly website. "No risk" claim specifics not found. We have had NoOdor for about a week now and it appears to be working well!

Item arrived fast and packaging was in perfect shape. Already have it working to get rid of musty smell in some documents and books. Time will tell...

The Smelleze for new carpet odor did a great job. By the time I found this the odor was about half better, but this did the trick. Put it on the carpet late afternoon, vacuumed the next morning, no odor at all now. Wish I could buy off the shelf so I could get it immediately when I need it. Great product!

It has not worked immediately, but the odor is better.

I only used it twice since I have received it, trying to experiment best place for putting it and how to use it. We just moved to a condo from a house, and even though we have an end unit with lots of windows/ventilation, but too cold to open windows. I noticed when I fixed fish or a few other foods with odors it seemed to linger in a few areas so far so good.

Good. My order actually came rather quickly but usps said it was " undeliverable" even though all the information was clearly n correctly printed on the package. I had to wind up going to the post office to get it. I plugged it in emmediately and i have noticed a difference in my air quality already.

We bought NoOdor because we had previously purchased the product from this company for a very bad cat urine smell in our son's new house. That worked so well (no cat smell) that we have great hope for the really bad burnt grease smell in our house.

It is working fairly well. Not all odor gone, but may not be products fault.

This may sound stupid but the directions on the plastic bag did not say to open the PLASTIC bag and the product would be in a cloth bag. I wasn't sure if I was suppose to open the plastic bag.
