I purchased this item after reading about the success other consumers had had. I need to get rid of a mothball odor in a cedar chest. I am sorely disappointed with this product. It didn't help at all. I tried the microwave tip for rejuvenating the bag but this didn't improve its effectiveness. I am sadly coming around to the idea of parting with this inherited cedar chest since not prolonged sun exposure, not charcoal, and now disappointingly, not this product, improve the mothball odor.

Had purchased a small car that had a mice infestation previously. Have been working dismantling the interior finding many pockets of poo, 2 completely decomposed carcases, and bedding nests. I believe that the Dead Rat pouches have helped somewhat after removing the sources, but a smell remains, so am still at it. They help neutralize the other products used to clean and that is good. Will probably keep them recharged and hanging in car at all times. Is it okay to have then in a moving car?
Delivery is fast and efficient. I can't comment on product effectiveness it's way too soon to tell. I would recommend the vendor offer another opportunity to the client to provide feedback on the effectiveness of this product once they have had a chance to use it.

I've used your products before and they really work. My Mother went to the extreme by putting a huge bag of mothballs in her antique cedar chest. I tried many other products trying to remove the strong odor but SmellEze did the trick. I highly recommend this safe and effective odor eliminator.
