Just started using yesterday, so a bit too soon to say; however, I will let you know more in the not too distant future.

Ordering process went smoothly and delivery was prompt.

The staff was friendly to aid in my enquiry about shipping. It was easy to order from their website and i got my products nicely packed in good state!

The process and experience was good.I felt 10 days after shipping a long while before receiving the product. The next time I order I will account for that length of time for deliver.

This works the best of all I have found like this product. Others may have different scents but this one has NO scent when I stub my cigarette out. It's clean, it's fresh and it really works. The company was easy to work with. My order was delivered in a few days as promised. This is definitely something I will buy again and again...unless I'm ever smart enough to stop smoking.
