IT'S GREAT!
I opened both packets as we have been dealing with the dead rodent smell for weeks now and one packet didn't seem to be doing it. I don't know if these packets are working or not as I have them in the kitchen and I must have killed several mice under the house or in the walls. The smell is centralized in the kitchen and dining room area especially around the dishwasher so I can't really contain it enough to let the packets do their job properly. I think the smell is finally becoming less strong though. Service was great and the packets shipped quickly so I was pleased about that. I want to say that I would buy these again but honestly, I hope that I never have to buy something to take away dead rodent smell ever again. It is a smell that I will never forget.

This company is starting to make a bad reputation upon delivering non-working goods. This isn't just my opinion, I've seen other reviews confirm this. You guys sent me a non-working crappy product.

I didn't expect to get it so fast. Thank you so much. Delivery in a timely manner was important to me since I had a carpet replaced and am sensitive to the off-gas---but it turns out that it was a closet, and the smell wasn't too bad. So while this sounds like a contradiction on my part about the timing, to be honest, I haven't applied it yet. Wished I had known about this product before and am glad I do now. I would recommend it to friends and family with pets. I often don't like to go to their homes with pets when the smell is so bad...I feel your product would be a solution.
