I contacted one of your reps that I should attach to the outside of my underwear to keep the smell to a minimum I did so but when I pulled it off it tore up the charcoal patch,so it is a one time use thing and I thought reuasable

Had what I wanted...when are you going to offer free shipping over 100.00 order?

I'm looking forward to receiving this product, and I presume it's pet safe.

The order was filled correctly and delivered within a few days. I haven't had the product long enough to know if it will resolve our problem yet.

I was hoping for PayPal but Amazon also works well.

I BOUGHT THIS BECAUSE SOMETHING DIED UNDER OUR HOUSE & COULDN'T GET TO. I PUT IN THE SMALL CABINET BUT IT HELPS A LITTLE. DIDN'T TAKE AWAY THE SMELL REALLY.

We are using the product to eliminate odor in a cloths dryer. So far total odor is not gone yet and we have had the bag in the dryer drum for four days. Looking forward to when the odor will be completely gone.

I was pleased with the service and response. Excellent. I will order again.
