Ordering from the site was easy, i actually sent a message asking what I should purchase for the odor I was concerned to remove, very quick response. I've been using the NoOdor bags for over a week now, the smell of smoke in my furniture is starting to go away but unfortunately it is still there. I will continue to refresh and use my NoOdor bags in hopes the smell will go away completely :)
