Honestly I feel it is way overpriced and performs average. Not overly impressed.
The wrong product that I initially received was in the time estimated; however, the invoice inside the box which described what I had ordered was correct but the product sent was not what I had ordered and did not match the invoice. I spent several hours over several days trying to contact someone via phone calls which no one ever answered, left messages which no one ever returned and sent emails that no one replied to. Today I was surprised when the correct order just showed up that also contained a return shipping label with no explanations or instructions. So I don't know if the return label was intended for what I received today if I didn't like it or if it was intended for me to use to return the initially received wrong product. So I have decided to use it to return the wrong product and monitor my credit card statement to see if I'm charged for both since I can not talk with anyone. If charged for both I intend to tell the credit card company not to pay for the wrong charge. It is absolutely the worst NO CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I have ever in counted.

Received on time but had postage due when we already had paid for shipping. Called customer service and credit for the postage due was immediately processed. Pleased with the customer service person Dawn who helped with the problem and followed through.

The shipping was fast and the product removed the smell from a near by pen we have that we keep ducks in over the winter or during the evening.
I would of liked to try the product but it wasn't packaged for the violent hands of usps
