I ordered a tablet from this company it does not work it is a pieces of junk. By the time you try to figure out if it is going to work or not it is to late to return. You only have 14 days to return orders.

Aw man :( I Didnt look at the reviews until after I ordered two tablets! And the worst part is it is my managers money bc she had told me to get two and she trusted me on buying two good ones and then coming in soon! :( because it has been as week as of tomorrow. I really hope they come in or Idk what will happen!;(

Oh boy. Wish I'd found these reviews sooner. Obviously they should spend some of their advertising money on customer service. Just like the other reports, my credit card was charged immediately, but I haven't even received a confirmation email. Its been at least five days since I placed the order...
Feels like this company should come with a warning disclosure. Don't recall seeing anything about a credit for returns...

This company and their so-called customer service are impossible to deal with. They do not answer complaints. They just offer canned responses over and over again. I have advised them I want my order cancelled. I will withhold payment of that part of my credit card order if they don't cancel. I would NEVER deal with this company ever again. I think the whole thing is a huge scamfest.

I have purchased items before and had no problems. But now I purchased 2 tablets from them. One on the 25th and another on the 29th of last month. They have not shipped. I have a feeling they sold more then they have because they have not sent them out to me. I've emailed them a couple of time already. I will see if they get back to me or not. Idk. Hope they are worth the wait too.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. THE WORST I have ever experienced. They advertised sheets for $29.95 that they said retailed at $249. OMG, total crap. Seams are unraveled, the fabric is like nothing I've ever seen, it's so bad. I ordered 2 sets, luckily they shipped separately so I refused delivery of the 2'nd set. Mr. Vincent is a moron. Apparently English is not his first language or he's a 'virtual' idiot. I've never ripped on a seller like this and do 80% of my shopping online. Thank goodness I usedy AmEx card so know they will credit me.

I got curious with the good priced items NMR posted on their site and I placed my orders November 29, that same day (5 hours after I placed the order) I got 2 notices/receipt from my paypal account that payment was sent to nomorerack.com, Inc.
Dec. 3 I got an email from NMR that my orders has shipped with order & tracking # and says that delivery is Dec 4. Today (Dec 7- 5:10 p. M) as of this writing no delivery have been made. I made several verification and tracking but to no avail.
I hope I'm not scammed by this nomorerack.com, inc

I have never given a negative online review in my life. I think too many people write about the negatives and not the positives so I only go out of my way to write positive reviews.

For the first time, I've encountered such a poor excuse for a company that I have to do my part and inform everyone to stay away. I understand mistakes happen - all businesses err; however, the lack of accountability for their error and their disgusting, non-existent customer service level is unacceptable. I didn't receive my package, they will not refund the money to me, and they will not send me a new one. (UPS didn't receive the package either so this isn't a delivery issue at all). How is this acceptable?

If this is not resolved by next week, I will be filing a corporate complaint and will be speaking with the BBB as well.

Nomorerack is legitimately a company, but how they operate should be considered a scam.

Terrible service, very slow delivery, I ordered 10 days ago, one of them wasnt even shipped.no response when u try to reach them. I would never order from here again! They lied about my order date. I ordered it on Thanksgiving day and on the email it says 5th of december. Very bad experience.

I HAd An Order For 2 Tablets From What They Posted On Fb. They Took Out The Money Asap. My Order Didn't Ship Until A Week Later. Lord And BEhold It Was Shipped Usps. The Package Was Left At My Front Porch And When I Had Returned From Work The Same Day The Package Was Not Found. I Had Immediately Contacted Nmr Via Fb Msg. The Rep (No Name Given In His/Her Msg To Me) Said I Needed To File A Police Report And Then They Can Refund My Money Back. I Did As What They Told Me But Upon Filling A Police Report The Police Officer Told Me I Couldn't Do It. The Officer Said It Should Have Been The Vendor Getting In Contact With The Usps To Settled IT. Did I Mention On My TracKing Email They Did Insure It For $100. I Spoke With My Mail Carrier And All They Did Was Informed Me Of Their Apologies. No Metion Of Doing A Police Report. Now When Did The Consumer Had To Go Out Of Their Way To Getting A Refund? This I Ridiculous! I Did The Right Thing And Contacted My Bank To DiSpute This Since I Never Received The Package. Will Never Order From Nmr Again. Thank Goodness Amazon Saved Xmas This Year!

This my first experience with NMR I placed my order on 11-29 for 2 tablets they took the money out my account right away and as of today I still have not recieved my packages I called the 1800 number and they weren't able to give me tracking information. Makes me feel weird and uncomfortable after spending over $200 dollars and reading the poor reviews got my fingers crossed they come before Christmas

I placed an order on 11/30/13. Today it still says processing, yet they processed my payment immediately. I sure wish I would have found these ratings sooner! I placed my order on November the 24th. The money was immediately taken out of my account, and I've received one email notifying me that my order was placed. It's now been two weeks and I've not received an email saying my order has shipped or where it is. I've tried calling, in which I was directed to an email. I've sent three emails to there "24'7 customer care" and have yet to still hear anything back three days later. I DO NOT recommend this place and will NEVER buy anything from them again.

I purchased 2 purses, which upon receiving, I did not like. I obtained a return authorization and returned the items on the day I received the instructions (10/19/13) on how to return. These instructions included a packing slip with paid postage and a tracking number (again, please note that the tracking number WAS PROVIDED by them). About 3 weeks later, I received an email asking whether or not I had returned the items and if I had, to provide the tracking number associated with the return package. They should have had easy access to this tracking number since it was associated with the return authorization that they provided... and because THEY PROVIDED ME WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER. Anyways, I emailed them back with the tracking number and confirmed that I had returned the package on 10/19/13. I received no response for about a week. I emailed them again, stating that I had returned the items and provided the tracking number along with a screen shot of the delivery confirmation on USPS.com. I then received correspondence that I had been issued a store credit. However, during my initial exchange with "Betty T" regarding the return, I specified that I wanted a full refund to my original method of payment. She assured me that this was fine and that she would make a note on my account to ensure that it happened. I reminded them of this and sent them the transcript of my conversation with "Betty T," and they replied that I had be issued a refund. Upon checking my credit card statement a few days later, I noticed I had only received a partial refund. I bought 2 bags, $31 each, and returned both. I was only refunded $31, on 11/14/13 (almost a month after my return, mind you). I have since been in an ongoing battle to receive the rest of my refund. I alerted them to the fact that I only received a partial refund, and after a few days, they apologized and stated I had been issued a store credit. Again. Even though all I've been asking for this entire time is a full refund to my original payment method. This all began on 10/19/13. It is now 12/6/13. I don't think this process should be this hard. I bought 2 bags, paid a total of $62. I then returned both bags. I requested and was promised a full refund to my original payment method. How hard is it to refund someone $62 to their credit card? This site is not worth the hassle, even if they have some cute stuff.

This is my first experience shopping at nomorerack.com. The day I placed my order, my credit card was charged. The website indicates you are not charged until your order has shipped. This has happened to me to three separate orders I placed on November 27,28, and 29. All three orders charged to my credit card immediately. I have received NO notice of shipment from the company. Not even an email confirmation of the order. Day 8, and still no word from the company. I will not do business with them again.
