I recently bought an RC car for my son for Christmas. The website is easy to use, has plenty of product information and loads of advice on which extras to buy. Prompt delivery of the purchase too, I would definitely recommend this site.

This company is full of lies about the status of my shipment i ask them to have my shipment shipped before Christmas and they fail to provide my shipment now my son going be upset on Christmas

I bought an RC car for by son via their website in mid November. Its now Xmas Eve and still no show. Crap customer service with no explanation for delay other than blaming COVID-19! Refused a refund by the company!

What an absolute $#*! show!

Nitrotek have not responded to my questioning of where my order even is after emailing and messaging on their Facebook which is not good customer service. I placed my order on the 14th of December at 14.20, i was then forced to pay 10 pound delivery. And still haven't got my parcels a week later and no correspondence either.

I would like to thank nitro tech for a good service, my buggy arrived on the date that they had said it would. The buggy looks like a great bit of kit although I haven't tried it yet due to the corona virus but I will be out with it as soon as I can. Thanks a lot once again Andy S.

They charged me 500 bucks never called or confirmed my order even though I was charged there no way to contact anyone the refuse to call me after months of waiting for a email. That was condescending and never answered any of my questions. They didn't give me a ticket number. And they just kept asking for one. So don't order from them the number is fake

Appalling After Sales Service. After agreeing a voucher refund of £49.99 this company have refused to honor the vouchers on a subsequent attempted purchase. Quite simply they have ignored all emails and seem to think this is OK. Be vary wary of this shady outfit

I was looking to build my own nitro car. Nitrotek had the Cyclone in stock and it arrived within a week. Very happy I ordered some upgrades and they also arrived within a week. Good service and they also replied to my emails quickly. No complaints with this site.

Been trawling the internet looking for drift cars for my kids and come across this wrx subaru which looks fantastic, order number is #*******, cant wait to see my kids faces on Christmas day when they see there cars, i will be ordering 2 different cars in the coming weeks also

Waiting for quad to be shipped was told that I preordered it and not ordered it so when confusion was sorted out it all fell into place and my quad will arrive at nitrotek on 3rd of December and will be shipped to us after that date

Absolutely amazing service quick resonse. Fast delivery of item and a really great product.

Son has had amazing fun with the car and Xmas is around the corner so more orders soon.

MY Z6 electric bike was delivered 16/11/20 when unpacked parts missing/no battery charger-no peddles-no lights tried to get in touch with nitotek cannot log in. Dont know to send it back.

Buying items is quick and simple. If you want to return a faulty item however isn't their strong point. I have warrenty on my rc car but won't accept the photos and evidence I have shown them to believe it is covered, they want the whole car shipped to them for inspection when I've already sent them agreed photos.

My first nitro model from NitroTek. Easy to shop and fast delivery. Very happy with the new purshase. Kids loves it. First few days was a bit hard to break in the engine and do adjustments, but after that WOW. Fantastic model and very fast for the beginner. Thanks NitroTek
