Bought a Backwash Pro from these guys. Had a few problems with this car from the get go, idle screw had not been set up properly and the car ran away popping a rear dogbone out. Thought I had lost an O ring but when I stripped down the other side they hadn't even bothered to install O rings.

I hand delivered the car back to them for repairs In November and was told to expect a two week turn around. It got to December and they told me to expect it to be 4 weeks (I had to chase them, they didn't bother to inform me of any delays)

It's now January the 16th and I'm still having to chase them, and honestly I am going to be contacting my bank and the CBA to pursue a full refund.

Honestly don't use nitrotek

The worst service I have ever had

Truly awful experience and service, wished I had read the reviews, looks like I'm not alone, other review sites they get a huge number of the negative reviews removed

It's crazy they have not been shut down

How many more poor folk will be conned out of there money with cheap unreliable products with ZERO customer service or any care from this awful company y

I purchased an RC helicopter from this website for my young son for Christmas.
After charging it according to the instructions he was able to fly it on only 3 occasions before a fault developed and the battery was not supplying enough power to get airborne. I sent the suppliers an email expecting a prompt reply and eventually got one advising me that I would need a multimeter to test the battery and also the charger. I informed them I did not have one and then received another email telling me to borrow one because if I sent it back for repair it would cost me the transport costs and take up to 3 weeks to test and/or repair.
After several emails back and forth and no satisfaction I wrote a negative feedback review on a customer service review website and was then contacted by Nitrotek who told me they would send a battery by post if I removed the negative review. I agreed and have been waiting for 10 working days and according to Nitrotek it is the courier (Royal Mail) at fault.
Take my advice that although Nitrotek will send your order impressively quickly their customer service is practically non existent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

If you are looking for a service comparable to buying a 10 dollar ipad from china, under a company called robemblind then this is the company for you. I have never in my life had such difficulty with a company and returns due to poor quality items being sold ( Im a purchasing manager in the mining industry) the item was returned within 3 days!. As mentioned in other posts they don't even look at your return for 2 weeks (mine was a month with constant pushing) and then for them to write a report stating that the item was returned in used condition due to bb pellets not being in original plastic bag was the last straw. Its currently going legal and I urge anyone buying rc toys to use a reputable company and not buy from Nitrotek because its a few £ cheaper.

RC car from nitro tek over a month ago for £185. They dispatched the wrong one. They asked for a photo to prove it was the wrong one and then I returned it a couple of days later. It has been over a month and no refund. I got paypal involved which seemed to have prevoked a response. You cannot get hold of anyone. Do not buy off this company as it is close to fraud. Next step court action of trip to the bank to try to claw the money back. Really angry... Result... Finally got a full refund after paypal got involved and putting this comment on site jabber. Found a better RC car somewhere else for only a bit more money. I would recommend paypal route to get a refund. Good luck.

Fantastic old school service. Really well set up and we'll run. I can't say how refreshing it is to see this sort of shop still exist. I highly recommend. Thankfully their prices are very affordable.

If models is what you're after, this place is great. Check out this site if you're looking for parts for a model airplane, model cars or related stuff. The shop is a little on the pricier side but they run lots of discounts

This place is full of drones! I love how there's so many different varieties, from the tiniest little drones to like insanely big drones. From basic hobby needs to professional services they have what you need! I haven't made any acquisitions there yet but they repaired my drone in no time. Highly recommend.

It is terrific to have a hobby shop like Nitrotek in town. While the main focus is RC, there is also good selection of plastic models and the prices are good. There is also a good selection of tools and spare parts. My only suggestion would be to add some armor model kits since they are quite popular with modelers.
