I received my goods after along wait and I was shattered. The material is simply but crap. Stitching quality is terrible. Even a beginner can do a better job than this. You can buy better product from the foot path, it will have a minimum quality. Customer service is hopeless. They are not responding to my mails anymore. If you have some extra cash to spend go ahead or else stay away from these Robbers.
I bought chain pendant from Ninecolours.com 2 month back but it still shined perfectly and was true to being sterling silver! I love it, i let my husband see before i got to and he was suprised that it looked that awesome! This ring is for my 2 year anniversary and Im not big on fancy things so i don't need a 2 or 3 thousan dollar ring to be happy so thats why we got this! Its perfect and I am sure more compliments are to come! I cannot wait to go to work to show it off!
They have been super unprofessional. I placed an order 20 days in advanced trusting them to deliver the product right. But, when I called to inquire about the my order I was told that it is not ready and I can get refund back for my order. I needed the outfit for my niece's wedding. Now it's days left and I have no outfit! Very unprofessional and not trust worthy at all!

I live in Hong Kong and for obvious reasons I was desperate to get a nice ethnic wear (lehenga), for a very decent price. Finding out about this website and the collections it had to offer made me very happy, leading me to order a lehenga which was customized. After a few weeks when the lehenga arrived to my great suprise it was of a POOR quality (CHEAP material, ripped duppata with holes) and no where as the picture shown. I tried many times to call and contact the staff at ninecolours but they were super inefficient at got back to me days after I had made a complaint. They said due to the lehenga being CUSTOMIZED it cannot be refunded. Super annoyed I tried to find where the pictures from the site came from later realizing that the lehengas and the models wearing them were taken from a well known brand- SABYASACHI. Therefore dear friends do not be fooled by their false marketing.

Lovely pink and blue colour lehenga. Quality work on blouse and bottom. Had used so many time but it looking the same as I purchased. Worth the money.
I purchased a product from this company with payment for customized stitching service. They grabbed the money and sent an entirely different product opposed to what was ordered. They lack professionalism and grace to even send emails to customers. They respond rudely when the customers call them repeatedly with concerns. The staff is unprofessional and reluctant about customer issues and never lets customers reach the higher authority to get solution. They charge excessive for shipping outside India. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Probably they are operating this business from home with family members and assigned one particular member of the family to receive customer calls every time. BEWARE! SOME OF THE 5-STAR REVIEWS HERE ARE PROBABLY POSTED BY THESE FRAUDS TO WIN CUSTOMER CONFIDENCE. There should be some legal action initiated against them for fraudulence.
WORST PRODUCTS, not made right at all, and they even emailed me to tell me that they would give me a partial refund, then stopped responding to my emails. BUYER BEWARE!
