Me gustan mucho los productos que maneja Nihao y la atención es muy amable. Si hay problemas me resuelven rápidamente me gustaría seguir comprando y hacer muchos pedidos. Seré una clienta de Nihao lo mejor es una empresa confiable.

Gran sitio de compras de mayoreo, buenos productos a buenos precios. Tiempo de entrega bueno y buen servicio de soporte.

Estoy muy contenta contenta con casa uno de mis pedidos, los accesorios son muy lindos y claro, dependiendo el costo es la calidad. En atención, Simona es mi agente y siempre resuelve mis dudas, muchas gracias!

I am a small business owner and 2years ago I started ordering from their page. First 3 orders were OK - even if I had problem, my account manager helped me and I was satisfied with their services.The last order - like a thunder from the clear sky -- no refund for you, because we don't see, how we can help.The person, who I was communicating, told me, that He(she) is (quoting)"not allowed to handle after sale problems". So WHY WE WERE TALKING ALLLLL THIS TIME?! I sent all the proofs, that is not the problem from my side, but it doesn't matter - still no refund. But (again quoting) "I can send you some free products when you place next order "(They still think, that I will make the same mistake and will order again)What if they will not have like half of the items from my order and everything will magically dissapear in their system and I will not receive the refund again, but it will be much bigger sum? Also with the pandemic they started sending the jewelry items rusty, broken, missing pieces. Sure the quality is not the same.The courier is DHL and the price for bringing the parcel is over the sky. Let's say I want to buy 3 women handbags, totally the price for the baggs will be around 25 - 30 €, but the DHL wants another 50-60€ for bringing, so you are made to buy their cheap things, just to be able to bring the items you really want... Really annoying thing. Hope it will be helpfull for the other people not to make the mistake by choosing them

Muy bonitas, estoy enamorada de cada joyería tiene su encanto muy rápido ya me ha llegado 2 envíos antes de tiempo.

Está empresa de nihao lo recomiendo ampliamente, me contacte con ellos e hice mi primer pedido con algo de miedo sinceramente jeje pensando que talvez no llegaría pero si llego mi objetivo fue crear una tienda online para tener otro ingreso, Vi que tienen accesorios muy bonitos, de buena calidad y un buen precio me encantó todo al igual que el servicio, gracias a Dios vamos creciendo en el negocio y ya llevo haciendo 3 pedidos desde abril que inicie.
No tengan miedo de iniciar algo nuevo con la ayuda de Dios todo se puedes. Espero les ayude mi recomendación

Considero que es la mejor tienda online mayorista cuenta con una gran gama de artículos para todo tipo des gustos, los precios son muy económicos y la calidad de los artículos igual, he realizado varios pedidos en Nihao y con todos he estado muy satisfecha, el proceso para realizar compra es muy sencillo y el seguimiento excelente.

Me encantaron los productos, son de muy buena calidad, le encantaron a mi familia. Definitivamente son compras inteligentes en Nihao. Me encanta y tendrán una clienta frecuente de ahora en adelante conmigo. Aunque los envíos son elevados valen definitivamente cada centavo porque no sorprendió lo bellos de los accesorios están más hermosos en persona que en fotografías.
