I am done with the NFL. I paid for Sunday Ticket and I can not even watch the Bills game because they put it on Peacock. Are you Fing kidding me. I loved watching NFL, but I am done, never Sunday Ticket, dropping Prime. Such a jobe.

Half the teams are pathetic. The league is soft. You should really be ashamed to put that product on the field. You're disrespecting the country. It's really not a game.

Save your money and the troubles! I app will not recognize your subscription. I cancelled. Never again.

My review is based on using the NFL app on an Amazon Firestick.

NFL+ charges monthly fees and then tells you that you need to load your tv& streaming providers like YouTube and then YOU STILL need to pay for NFL Ticket to those providers to actually watch the games.

Why do it seem like NFL getting to be nothing but trouble on their Network. Cannot access to the network sometime they overcharge you sometimes. It's just too much trouble just to watch a game on your phone.

I was using the site to keep up with NFL action and scores when I didn't have time to watch the games. This was a few years ago. The site is a mess. It's slow to update, the digital play-by-play screens are inaccurate and lock up all the time. These issues have been ongoing for over 2 years. I have switches to ESPN which does a much better job at keeping you up-to-date on the games. You need to clean house in your IT department. The site gives the NFL "brand" a really bad name.

It clearly shows that the NFL games are fixed and the Commissioner refuses to do anything because of the money that the NFL receives from the gambling facilities. The Bills quarterback is folding and crying and so far no penalties on Buffalo at Buffalo. That is why college football is fair and more competitive. The NFL will lose more fans beyond the same teams in the Super Bowl every time. The officials are definitely ruining the games and the NFL is becoming a joke.

Basically a stream of never ending commercials. 5-15 minutes of commercial after commercial. Pathetic.

Are you kidding me? Couldn't watch some of the games and I was charged twice in one month for my monthly subscription, and forget about customer service because it don't exist.

NFL.com ad practices are dishonest and purposefully misleading. You DO NOT get any games that are not available already in your area. They advertise no blackouts, but that's all they have. Nothing you can't get from your local cable company. I'm housebound and was looking forward to watching all the games, and spent money I didn't have to do so only to find nfl.com only gave me games already on my cable. Nfl.com should be ashamed.

I havent been able to use this product and even asked NFL to check and verify. No customer support, even the phone number they listed just pushes you back to their website.
I submitted a ticket online and I keep getting an automated response, seems like a bot to with a name on it. I keep asking for a response on if they will refund.
Ive now paid $200 for nothing. SCAM!

Edit: my review follows, but due to all the problems I had, and after reading stories here of NFL dot com stealing money from customers, I opted out of my free month of which I intended stay on and pay for the full season. After opting out l checked my account and though I was supposed to get 1 free month, my account showed they were going to start charging me after only a week. Glad the reviews here scared me off, and just in time to avoid being scammed by the NFL. Not positive if they haven't or arent going to charge me still, but did remove my credit card from my account, and will just have to hope for the best. I'll edit again if they do steal my money.

I am using them for the first time, and signed for a free month of nfl plus, withfull intention of paying for the season but could not figure out how to watch my game, or ask them a simple that likely would have solved problem. I did finally find a "watch option" but when clicked, it took me to a page to sign up for a service I already had. I was logged in and my services hows active in my account.

As if that isn't bad enough their AI is no help at all, and when I finally find an email option, the button took me back to the worthless AI, and there was no obvious way to email. I reckon they save money by not having to support potential paying customers via email, but they are fixing to lose my seasons payment due to my inability to use the service I'll be paying for. Save a buck by offering poor customer service on what is likely an easily solved problem, then lose a full seasons payment...makes very little business sense to me...wonder how that's working for them?

I ordered NFL.+ for one month at 14.99 and I could only choose 2 games to watch. The other games are listening to or watch replay are game is over.I canceled my subscription payment and I still had a week to use it with my 14.99 payment but now it won't let me log in.
Make sure to cancel your payment card or else they will take out another payment.

Wasn't able to watch any preseason for the chiefs unless you LISTENED to it or wanted to watch it a day later. It was Impossible to truly understand the features available so I waited until the season opener because SURELY it will play season openers. But WoW! I can't watch the chiefs LIVE. I can only watch it tomorrow. Whaaat? I went in to cancel and they had already charged me $50 for the full year. I will get my money back. Don't waste your money. Utterly useless unless your life revolves around old football games or you want to watch on a mobile device. Ridiculous.

I tried out the 7-day free trial but did not care for what was being offered vs. what I was interested in. I canceled the free trial the same day I placed the order but was charged regardless once the free trial period expired. Multiple attempts to get NFL.com to correct this were ignored forcing me to get my credit card company to intervene.

Tried calling but just get message to go online, online message to send 5 dollars to finish chat, or get generic messages that don't help. VERY disappointed knew it sounded to good to be true. Canceled. Steelers fan Jim

I used to enjoy the NFL Network and NFL Plus but this year you can't even get connected on NFL Plus. They signed a deal with dazn which is probably the worst thing that they could have ever done. Very difficult to sign up to their site their customer service sucks. Now what I'm reading people are losing money and this company doesn't back your purchases it's nothing's working. As far as the NFL Network I went to watch a game tonight the Carolina Panthers are playing in New Jersey against the Giants it's not a home game for the Panthers but it's blacked out here. Why why would this game be blacked out? It's not a home game but I even thought that home games you could watch. I don't live right in Charlotte I live 100 miles away so I don't have their local TV stations has anybody figured out that this home area is a joke and liking people out of games when they can't even get it on TV or local channels. I would be able to watch it if I could have signed in but I noticed a lot of other people are having problems with the NFL Plus because the NFL signed a contract for 10 years with the worst company in the world d a z n.
