I've been able to give away items ranging from pillows, keys, pieces of wood, to assorted electronics. I'm so happy not to have to trash them, as I believe almost everything can find a home.

This nextdoor site is wonderful. We are able to read notices from our friends and neighbors. There are inquiries and recommendations for services as well as lost pets and "heads up" notices about closed streets, upcoming social events and garage sales.

Nextdoor is easy to access. Easy to find things for sale. Easy to have safety discussions and easy to find vendors.

Overall really like Nextdoor. Sad when 1 person starts fussing at another. I'd prefer Helpful neighborly talk.
DO HAVE PROBLEM WITH responding to a msg when I choose private. It still seems to be shared with all. In VA, where I lived, it worked well. Not here in FL for some reason.

Nextdoor provides timely and important information related to security, events and concerns of neighbors.

Love this site and all the great information shared and received. Very helpful in finding good references when needed when trying to get good services.

So-so. Many times I do NOT get any notice of postings, especially new members.
VERY frustrated with posts that still show from neighborhoods that I HAVE blocked.
I am NOT getting relevant and timely info about my neighborhood, but instead have to read thru yard sales etc., etc., taking place miles away from me.

A little confusing to find old posts you would like to see again. The threads can be difficult to search for. But overall a very good tool.

I think NextDoor is a wonderful tool to make us feel closer as a community! I do look at it daily and have given many things away and received as well.

Great app to get info from neighbors and local businesses. Helpful informatio about events happening in my area.

Next Door is easy to use once you get used to it.

My only problem is when you are posting something and would like to make something BOLD or add a different color I have not seen that I can do that.

I appreciate that others give information about crime Incidents. I like to hear about new restaurants, stores, etc.

This site is our neighborhood watch! We find lost pets, buy things, and talk about local events. If someone is broken into, they usually post video tape. It is a great site!

Provides pulse for neighborhoods, and allows discourse and the exchange of goods and services for everyones benefit.

While I enjoy the ability to converse with my neighbors, I believe the moderators allow their biases to decide who's posts remain and who's get deleted. Very frustrating.
