If the website is going to be called NEXT DAY pets, I expected some sort of response. I sent 2 emails to breeders, spent $50 (not $25, the website double charged us) to fill out one application, and paid the $6 to upgrade my account. None of the money I spent seems to have any difference in response times, or likeliness to get the puppy you actually want. I'm very disappointed. Do NOT spend your money or waste your time looking for dogs here.
Be ware of pet scammers using this site. I was scammed 2450. 00 by a Westie seller, Asian ringTX/OK. Since the scammed they have shut down their Westie websites. There web pages are pristine. Also 2 fake delivery services.
They also "sell" pugs, bull terriers, Newfoundlanders, German pointers (Maybe more) and kittens; Blue, Persian, Siamese, and hairless. They using the banking method of Zelle which has no fraud protection. Avoid Zelle in any business transaction. It is strictly for family of someone you know EXTREMELY well.
I would understand a fee for special features on the site, but a fee to simply use the site? That just seems ridiculous to me. The only thing you can do is make an account for free. Can't contact any sellers or submit an application.
The way our site works is one or the other party (buyer/seller) must have a subscription with us. The majority of our sellers do have a subscription and you can view their ads for free. However, if you come across an ad that is not viewable, and you wish to contact this particular advertiser - you will need to create and upgrade a users account for a small fee. The advertiser is aware that the potential buyer would have to do this. They are taking a risk. If you do not wish to upgrade, simply move on to the next ad. Applications are optional, they are not mandatory to contact the advertiser.
I listed some puppies with next day pets paid for 2 months and at the end of the 2 months was charged 19.95 a month after catching it I cancelled the subscription. The thing is I never even had a inquiry other than scanners about a puppy. I have to take some responsibility but I was reviewing my statements apparently the account was reactivated and I got ripped off for over $100. No the money was stolen in my mind and I have no trust with this company to do the right thing.
It states within all accounts on the Upgrade page:
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
SAVE $20.00 over 2 months! $39.90 will be charged once to your credit card for the first two months of service. After this time, you will be charged $19.95 per month until you cancel.
$19.95
If you were just billed the $19.95, please contact [email protected] for a refund.
No matter the number of adorable photos, Next day pets operates as conduit for mills and puppy brokers. Most reputable breeders do not sell through these sites and thoroughly interview buyers to ensure their pups go to good homes. How do I know? Because a puppy broker recently found, by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture, to house 286 puppies in cramped cages, resulting in cross-contamination of both viral and gastrointestinal illness, continues to list puppies on this site. Beware, and do your research. Failure to do so could end in hundreds or thousands of dollars in vet bills, or death.
Collect funds prior to providing true service. Go direct to breeders. Much better results. They will say they cannot control response from breeders who use their service. Exactly and that is the problem!
I paid all this money to get set up, verified, the whole nine yards. Never got one contact from any customers, but I wasnt worried about it at first. A year goes by, I go to put up a new litter, Im irretrievably locked out of my account. They will not respond to countless emails from me, I call during normal business hours, no one is there to take my calls. The only way to get into my account is to pay all this money again to get verified again. Be highly suspicious of any company that wont let you login without paying each and every time you log in. Be even more suspicious of any company that does not take calls or emails during normal business hours.
We were looking at Mini Aussies and found one on Pet Finder. We drove 3 hours from Phila to Richmond. The grounds were immaculate and the puppies were healthy, beautiful with great dispositions. We could not be happier and will return for another!
Buyers, do your due diligence!
Total scam artists utilizing the goodness of people hearts towards animals as an entry point to scam money from the people who would unwittingly utilize this site to bring love into their households. Disgusting, at best.
Next Day Pets is Amazing I found my little cha cha on this site, she had bought lots of love and joy to our family, the breeder was very sweet and I still send her pictures till this day. Thank you again Next Day Pets! :)
I highly advise you not to use this site or support their breeders. My puppy came with intestinal parasites, ear mites and kennel cough. The breeders health agreement states that none if theses issues are covered. The breeder after I stopped payment and lost my case paid for some of my cost but wanted to be clear that normally she does not cover these cost. I will never buy from this site again. My first dog was purchased on Puppyspot and I should have gone to them again. It's absolutely ashame what people think is ok. My puppy is still listed as available two weeks later for less money.
They scammed me for $5100 for a dog I never received and were still texting and calling asking for more money. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS Company.
Both pets I paid to get info on were already sold :( and they continued to charge me $5 every two weeks for nothing. Forced me to become a ViP member to see anything and didn't obviously tell me of the ridiculous recurring charge for zero services.

We were in contact with a breeder through nextdaypets. We received photos of a puppy we were interested in and after back and forth communications we placed a deposit on a puppy. Two weeks later after trying to contact the breeder repeatedly we began trying to contact someone at nextdaypets. The person that answers the through the contact section, Beth, told us to contact the breeder directly. We went through it all again about the fact that the breeder wouldn't respond. We wanted to know what a breeder had to do to post puppies on the site, if nextdaypets checked them out in any way. Beth quit answering our emails completely. We asked if she had attempted to contact the breeder herself and if she had any response and all we got was a no. We don't know if that was a response to she hadn't tried to contact them or just hadn't heard from them or both. I said I no longer cared about the puppy or the deposit but wanted to leave an explanation of our experience on their website about the breeder and once again she quit responding. I would say anyone looking for a puppy should definitely do so elsewhere. Thank you for this opportunity to warn others about nextdaypets
There are plenty of wonderful dogs at your local shelter you don't need this service. You are all part of the problem with dogs being euthanized daily.
Found a puppy that I wanted, left message for breeder and filled out application and paid $25 fee. They took my money and then nothing. Never heard back from breeder or them. Do not use this site!
Anyone can put cute puppy photos on this site. I emailed the breeder and thought all was fine until he asked me for a Walmart money order. No other form of payment accepted. Obvious scam!
The advertised large print suggests that for just 5 dollars, you can receive notices of puppies available. But in the small print, they charge your credit 5 dollars every 2 weeks forever. And even though they suggest that you can select several breeds for the fee, they charge 5 dollars every 2 weeks for each breed you select. For one of the breeds I indicated, they sent me ZERO notices of puppies over a 5 month period, charging me 5 dollars every 2 weeks during that time.
STAY AWAY
Gave story that mother died and they needed to replace the puppies for costs only. Including delivery to door. Ask for additional information and pictures. Recieved information regarding Standard Schnauzer's. Recieved pictures after answering suitable questions and was ask for personal information to transfer pedigrees and delivery.
However, when I asked for copies of the Vet check, Pedigree and wanted to pick up the puppies, all communication stopped.
