I've been using this service for a couple of years, at the beginning it was kind of complicate to explain all my coworkers the many options that this virtual PBX provide, but thanks to their patience and one of a kind customer service, they help us understand how to improve communications with our customers.
Nexogy has set the bar very high! We have dealt with other services provides before, and none of them has provided such quick response and outstanding customer service!
I think Nexogy is the perfect solution for my business, I feel I'm getting a really high quality phone service for a very reasonable price.
We've been with Nexogy since 2008. The service and call quality are outstanding on every level, including technical support. We rarely have issues with the service but when we do, the technical support is always quick to troubleshoot and correct the issue.
Let me say that the reliability will keep me as a customer, they are reasonably priced and the ease of use is what we were looking for.
They may have overseas customer service, but who does not? Polite folks who speak above average english... no brainer... I have to rave a little about the set up - the tech who set us up was a wiz and very patient with our office staff... kudos nexogy..
The VOIP product this company offers has been a pleasant surprise. I initially made the switch to save money, but this product is far better than any VOIP we have ever had. The customer service has been very helpful and the call center software is fantastic! Very happy we made the switch. Highly recommended.

I have had nexogy for about 2 years now and I must say that their service has allowed my team and myself take advantage of every opportunity that comes are way due to their FLEXIBLE phone capabilities. They have helped increase my companies revenue. This by far has been a great experience. I understand that there are issues from time to time but nexogy does everything in their power to solve the issue right away. I would highly recommend their service to others.

We just became a client of Nexogy and our experience with the sales rep. And provisioning department has been very good. Like anything in life, there were some minor problems, but the most important part was the speed of resolution. We are very impressed with nexogy and their support team.
THEY ARE HORRIBLE. No one speaks English and if they speak Spanish they can't even hold a conversation with you because none of the employees knows anything. They are always trying to confirm something and just provide terrible customer service. The phone adapter broke and I have been unable to get a new one. I don't understand how they are still in business.

For almost a year now their billing system has gotten awful and worse. It is either wrong every single month or I never get a bill at all. Also, when I call customer service for any reason, 1) I can't understand them due to call center in South America and the language barrier (they promised was going to be better), 2) I am on a call trying to fix an issue for 30 minutes or more and one time over an hour, 3) They don't understand me or what I want and they think it's fixed and whatever issues I had worsens and something else goes wrong. Sometimes I come in to the office and things were working fine one month, and then the other month, inexplicably, nothing works they way it should have from initial setup. The setup is horrendous and all-in-all just terrible customer service across the board. Don't even come close if your life depended on it.

They aren't very truthful, I have had there service almost 6 months. (the worst 6 months of phone service in the 30 years I have been in business. I started documenting phone issues in Aug, we have had phone problems 17 times. We can't evan foward our phones without calling and waisting 20 min or more on the phone with them. When we ask to unfoward they always screw something up, then the phone don't work, back to tech support. 12/05/12
We have had Nexogy in our office for our phone system and services for the last two years and change. We are a law office here in Florida and my staff and I enjoy all of the features and capabilities. We had another carrier that we were using, a big one, and we saved thousands of $$$$ per year, and that was more than well worth it plus we got more features too. I have read some of the complaints on this site and I can tell you all that we have not experienced any of the issues that have been presented here. We like their services very much and would recommend them to others that are very much interested in saving money and getting more features than some of the larger carriers.
We have had the services with Nexogy for a couple of years right now. We can tell you that any issues that we have had were always resolved. We have an excellent Rep in town and he has always answered our questions. We have referred some other business relationships to Nexogy and they love it. We understand that not everything is perfect, and at times it has not been, but we are always kept happy. We will always refer my business contacts to Nexogy because I know their services are full of great features and it wont break the bank either. We can tell you that there have not been any outages or issues in over 18 months or so. We are happy. Thank you Nexogy.

I really respect your honesty and it is because of customers like you that we are constantly motivated to improve our services.
It is not easy, everyone knows the telephone company is the bad guy but there are so many variables that fall out of our hands that sometimes it is even really frustrating to myself. However, you clearly state nobody is perfect and while that is my goal, we will keep improving in those areas we know are the most hard to work on.

We had initial problems with Nexogy when we converted from analog to VOiP... they worked hard to resolve the problems. There were some frustrating issues that took longer than I thought they should have taken to fix - BUT, when you do a price comparison - no other provider comes anywhere close to Nexogy's monthly rate. And, switching to VOiP from AT&T analog saved us nearly $200 a month. After several months with Nexogy, the initial problems were resolved and now almost 3 years later, we couldn't be happier with Nexogy and our monthly savings!

Nexogy is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. If anyone is looking for a new phone provider - RUN AWAY from nexogy. I don't know how those other reviews can even say 1 thing good about this company. They don't speak english, everyday I have a new problem and I am not kidding when I say EVERYDAY!
Everyday there are dropped calls, calls not being completed, phone numbers not working, can't transfer calls, auto attendants don't work or their entire system goes down. I have emails to prove the problems I have had and we have been with this company for about a year and I have over 1000 emails sent to Nexogy informing them of problems we are having.
The service is awesome! I have been with Nexogy for over 6 years and I could not be happier!
