We were in need of some assistance that resulted in exchanges both by phone and email, i. E. more than the 'standard' phone call resolution. Our call was handled by Vanessa, and as usual she was exceptional! She's always pleasant, courteous, patient, makes the extra effort and gets the job done... great job Vanessa! It's always comforting to hear Vanessa on the other end of the call. Keep up the great work!
Vanessa is the true definition of a professional. She is always so efficient and goes above and beyond to assure customer satisfaction. She has helped me with a few issues with our account and I can honestly say she is my go to person at nexogy. I rather not talk to anyone else but her only because I know she will always have a solution! She is such a great asset to this company! Five stars all the way!

With AT&T, Comcast and others and Vanessa Echavarria is my favorite, because her customer service is really 100 points, she is really professional, nice and returns your calls fast and she is always ready to help you and solve the issue and you do not find a customer service like the one she provides, thank you Vanessa... all companies should have a person like her

We were having problems as a real estate company with after hours and weekend calls delayed until our return on the next day or Monday morning. We felt we were losing possible clients. With Lexi's fantastic instruction, I was able to set up a phenomenal auto attendant that could prompt callers to agents direct cell lines when office staff were unavailable to answer the phone. It is all set up and each number verified, and our Agents and staff are much happier with this service and what it provides our customers. Had a problem with one of our lines. Vanessa took my call, pleasantly, and offered a temporary work-around for immediate relief. Then went to task, handled the problem within a few minutes, followed up, confirmed all working as should. One step ahead of me the whole time, and ready, willing, and eager to help and PLEASE. I was trying to figure out which router to purchase to replace my cable modem from Comcast that would work well with Nexogy. Erick Nunez provided me excellent communication with helping me narrow it down on what to purchase.
Switched equipment out and so far the only issues we have had were rectified fairly quickly. So far so good.
Lexi has outstanding customer service! She went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of! She not only made sure our issues were resolved promptly, she was patient and understanding. She also followed up after everything to confirm all our phones were working properly!

Since we have opened this account with Nexogy they have been there step by step to help me with any issues through the portal thanks to Victor, Carlin or marlene and for technical support Lexi, Erick and Jay have given me some of the fastest and most helpful technical support for any of my issues or questions. This company has excellent customer support and i highly recommend using their services.
Answer: I agree with the previous poster. Their technical support is completely incompetent. You have to speak in their language and even then they don't understand what the problem is. It's a complete joke.
