Hello, do not buy products from newegg company, because they delivered the product to the wrong address, but they do not refund my money. They lost my 800$ laptop, they won't refund my money. The tracking number says the product was delivered in Newark. But my address is located in wilmington. I talked to ups, they say that they paid for the lost package with newegge.

But they said that newegg delivered it to the correct address and they will not refund the money. I have never seen such a terrible company in my life. What can i do in this situation?

DON'T buy items from Newegg, if there is anything wrong and you want to get a replacement, they will receive your items first and damage some parts which do not include in the warranty and refuse to replace them. It just happened to me, I brought a PC motherboard from it, after receiving, I found it was not a brand new, so I requested for a replacement and send it back, after few days, they told me I cannot get a new one for the CPU pin is damaged. I told them that is not my problem, I didn't damage it but they ask me to provide evidence such as pictures to prove it. However, I don't have any, so they refused and sent the bad motherboard back. It wasted me over $300 and I cannot do anything about it. I was so sad. Later, I was told by a friend who is working for them, he told me the whole story in this company, I was shocked. How can this big company do this to its customer

Hi,
On June 7,2021, I purchased a Win 10 activation code through the Newegg website.
Case Number: *******
Invoice number: *******
Account Number: *******

I received the code the same day and immediately wanted to activate it, but the system didn't accept it.
Right away I contacted customer support - the screenshot of the chat script is attached.
The customer service representative couldn't help me and asked me to wait a couple of days!
Since I had a work urgency, I couldn't wait that long, so I purchased another activation code directly for Microsoft and applied it immediately.
Two days after my credit card was charged for the activation code that was not functional at the moment of purchase and the Newegg customer support failed to help me at this moment.
You should know well, that it's illegal to charge a client for a product that incompatible, not useful, or its performance or quality not adequate.

Newegg must reimburse me immediately.

I purchased two LED Dimmer Controller Kits for use with existing LED lights in my kitchen. I received them quickly and installed them. Both controllers worked for about a day and then the remote controls would no longer control the lights. I changed the batteries but that did not fix it. I contacted the company: TorchStar. After a few days of discussion, they told me that their product is not compatible with the brand of LED lights that I have (CleanLife). I ask if they would refund my money and they said only if the units are defective. Further, they wrote that if it is just a compatibility issue, that was my fault for not checking with the light manufacturer. Regarding compatibility, the Newegg website states nothing about limited compatibility for this product. It does give the voltage range and a maximum amperage as well as a steady amp rating. My installation stayed within those limits. Dissatisfied with TorchStars' handling of this issue, I wrote a review of the product and submitted it to Newegg. My review pointed out that anyone purchasing this product should contact their lighting manufacturer before purchasing to ensure compatibility. It has now been three weeks since I wrote the review and it has not been published. I have contacted Newegg twice about this. First they told me it takes time to process reviews. Next they told me that my review did not meet their review guidelines: "Product reviews should only discuss the performance of a fully functional item and should not include information about the service of the retailer or manufacturer, mail-in rebates, or defective products." I suppose this says it all... Newegg does not accept reviews about items that don't function, i. E. No bad reviews.
Buyer beware.

After buying several items from their marketplace sellers and submitting reviews, I have found that they are never posted. I depend of the reviews to but products. I have been a long time customer of Newegg and they have built a good reputation for service and support. Newegg has sold us out by making it appear that the marketplace sellers will give the same service and support. Beware as the marketplace sellers do not provide any real customer service. I have been a long time customer and they are very helpful the few times I had problems with orders. They have sold out to make a little more money from third party sellers. I will no longer do business with them because I have to always check to see if it is Newegg of just some fly by night third party seller. The product listed below is what I have switched to not the item I have problems with. The Seller is Anran and have lied about the ship from location and the items specs. On the item page it clearly states "Shipped from the US" but tracking states it was shipped from Hong Kong China.
Update: I canceled the Newegg order and they shipped it anyway. So now I have to refuse shipment and dispute the charges with my card provider.

Absolute Trash Customer Service

Spent 5,600 dollars on a PC from their website. I look back at my order to find out it's going to an address in California I have never lived at. Spoke with customer service, they could not adjust the address and had to refund me so I could reorder it.
This was on a Thursday. They didn't even actually apply the refund till the next Monday. Had to wait for it. Got the refund. Tried to purchase it again. Told me payment was declined. Even though it is now processing out of my bank account. Newegg customer service told me it's not, and I had to speak to my bank. My bank had to cancel the payment because it was going through. And now they have sold the computer I spent 5,600 dollars on over a week ago.
And I'm still waiting on a 2nd refund now. Absolutely utter trash customer service.
The most insane purchasing experience I have ever had. You'd think when you are giving someone 5,600 dollars for a product that they would be a little more assistive.

Will not do business with again
May 10, 2021

I have been a longtime Newegg customer. I recently had a return of an item.

The reason for the return was the item was not compatible with my phone as a controller. This risk was not listed in the item description. I was able to return the item but I was was not reimbursed for return shipping, which was half the cost. Newegg would not refund all my money.

I will never do business with Newegg again.

I recently purchased a laptop computer from Newegg. Before delivery, a friend gave me one. I attempted to cancel my order but it was too late. I returned the laptop unopened and was charge over 15% for restocking - more than $400! I'll never do business with them again and suggest you don't either.

We bought two items and paid through PayPal. They shipped to some random address. By the time we realized the package had been sent to a business and tried to get it back, it was no use. The business also confirmed that they had sent the package back to Newegg! After talking to their customer service and being led on for several weeks, we then got transferred to their Claims department who also denied to issue us a refund on the grounds that the "package had been delivered". They will take your money, send your package elsewhere and lead you on just long enough that you can't do a chargeback. Lesson learned, don't get scammed and avoid them at all costs. I would put -5 stars if I could.

I ordered a item, for $99 from newegg, it didn't ship for over a week even though my credit card was charged. I saw the exact same item on a different internet retailer for $39 I tried to cancel it, I contacted newegg three different times regarding this order and got there different answers. They should have had plenty of time to cancel the order when I first contacted them but they did not. I ended up having to pay return shipping since they were so slow cancelling the item. Had I looked at all the poor reviews regarding newegg I would have never ordered from them.

The nightmare began with a Black Friday purchase of a refurbish HP Workstation. Order #*******.
1st, they lost the unit. In house. Instead of sending another unit, they launched an "investigation". That included over a week of ridiculous stages of the investigation before deciding to send my purchase to me almost 2 weeks late.
2nd, get the nice package, open the box, and the unit had obviously been dropped, broken, and the screen was jibberish. I sent it back with RMA. Once they get it they start another multi-stage process (acknowledge they have it, acknowledge it is in the box, investigate the damage, authorize replacement, initiate shipping, after almost 2 weeks, actually send the replacement.
3rd, 3rd unit boots and runs, very slowly but runs... for about 2-1/2 weeks when it crashes and looses the boot sector. Newegg tries to shove me off to HP. Zero help. I get a boot disk, format the drive and get Windows re-installed, slowly. It runs for about 2-1/2 weeks, crashes and looses the boot drive again. Newegg tells me too bad. I decide to replace the Solid State Drive. I pull the cover off and believe this or not, it doesn't have any of the promised 16gb of Memory! 2 empty slots! I get ahold of Newegg... they tell me too friggin bad and "take it to a repair shop"! I put my hand on the Bible this is 100% true!

More calls to newegg with no response. 4/3 - USPS receives package 4/5 - USPS delivers package to Chino mailbox. I open package - COUNTERFEIT HYPERX RAM STICKS. I contact newegg furious... all they say is they will send a return label. Nothing about oh we are sorry... we will take immediate action against the seller... this is not our policy... we will refund your money immediately... none of that! All I get is, we'll send a return label for you to return the product. The seller has up to 10 business days to refund the money. So I get a label... it's UPS Ground. It's shipping to New Jersey (it was shipped FROM Inglewood CA). So Newegg really doesn't care about what has happened thru the process of this transaction. No worries - I disputed the transaction with the bank... emailed HyperX with pictures of the products and told them that newegg sold me counterfeit products... and I'm leaving this feedback everywhere I can!

I ordered components to build a completely new PC from Newegg totaling just under $1500. When I received the box with the most critical components I immediately realized they sent me a Lenovo USB docking station instead of a Thermaltake power supply. All other parts were correct. I immediately initiated a return so I could get the correct part. I also told them in the RMA that they sent the wrong part. Well, that doesn't matter to them. Even though I sent the MORE EXPENSIVE part back, they will not send me a correct power supply until they receive my return. They have the tracking number for the RMA, but that doesn't matter. I asked that the "return period" for all components be reset to 25 days for when I actually receive all the parts & was told they could not do so. I was also told the RMA could take 7-10 days just to process, not ship. I informed them that I would be returning all components (due to their error) and am willing to pay the $17 for return shipping. Todays lesson, keep the more expensive part ($150) and order another power supply ($70). Then sell the wrong part on eBay!

I ordered a laptop from this site on March 3rd. Dealer is Newegg. They withdrew my money and the laptop hasn't been shipped in after 6 days. Live support provides automatic responses. I think this website is a scammer. Although it has ben 6 days since the shipping number appeared, Ups carrier still seems not to take my product from NewEgg. I've never been treated so badly. Tries to make an order 8 times. They froze my account. Told me to call the bank, cause that was issue. And it wasn't. They had some kind of lame reason for making me reorder 8 times and still now I've got to reorder. But still they have no access to the reason? Idk they hung up on me.
