I ordered a Rose Lavelle jersey on December 10th as a Christmas present. It did not arrive in time for Christmas. Like the others, I was told to be patient. When I saw it was coming directly from China, I knew there would be a problem. When it finally arrived in January, I had a sneaking suspicion it wasn't going to be right. Upon close inspection I saw that the state of Rhode Island is spelled wrong on the jersey! They used material that had all the states printed on it and every time, Rhode Island is spelled Rwode Island. When I complained, they told me, the jersey looks fine and they would refund 50% of my money and I could keep the jersey! Buyer beware! I wish I had looked this company up before I purchased. I was just so desperate to make my little girl's dream come true.
I ordered a jersey for my daughter for Xmas. I ordered an adult small which should be pretty big on her. The jersey I received was so small that it wouldn't even fit over her head. After I contacted them they continue to say that this is an adult small and if I want they will send me another jersey in a different size if I sent them $15. ARE YOU SERIOUS! Do not order from here! Attached is an adult small shirt that she has compared to the jersey I received.
Shipping took a little while due to Christmas holidays but they gave me a reliable tracking number and were always very quick to respond to my emails. Love my jersey and it came out perfect!
Like others I am having an awful time with this website. I ordered two jerseys and only received one. Have gone back and forth with the seller trying to prove he only sent one jersey, not two. I have opened a case in pay pal and had to file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center. Seller wants me to close the pay pal case and I've told him no way, not until I get my second jersey, doubt that will happen... DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
This company does not exist in the US. The address on their website does not exist. No phone contact available. This is an overseas (China?) company. You deal with this company(?) at your own risk and via email only.
I placed order on December 7th. It took over 10 days just to get tracking number which showed no information at all. I contacted the company several time and the just kept saying to be patient. It is over a month and I still havent received my order. Now they are telling me if i dont want the order to just not accept when it finally gets delivered. I have never had such poor service.

Extremely upset and have no way to get my money back. Who do you report this company to? Just love the multiple responses on "keep patient"... real nice.

E-mail responses were in broken English until we received the email I posted.
Ordered a jersey on the 12th of December and said it was supposed to come in a few days - total bull$#*!! Contacted the seller on the 18th and they told me to "keep patience", the tracking website hasn't updated since the 20th of December. Completely scammed, don't waste your time on this shop.
Ordered an LSU Burreaux Jersey, I thought I was ordering from Portland, Oregon (because that is the address on the website). Product came from China, took a month to arrive & is way too small!
I made the mistake of ordering from them and immediately got a fraud notification from my bank to verify the purchase. Upon more research I cancelled the purchase. Since giving them my email address yesterday I have received over 150 emails from spam sites... not a coincidence. Steer clear of this shady "business."
This company is a joke. I don't usually write reviews but I'm so upset with this purchase. I ordered a jersey at end of November for Christmas present and didn't realize this was coming in slow boat from China. Didn't get it by Christmas. No phone # to call so emailed multiple times and I was told to be patient. Then I finally get the jersey and the logo at center of neck is totally crooked. Emailed them twice with different pictures of it and both times I was told it looks fine'. Next step, calling my credit card to dispute the charge...
Had the same experience as all the other users, ordered a football jersey on November 26th for a Christmas present and I'm still waiting for it in January! The tracking is coming from China and they will not respond about a refund. Google needs to take this site off its listings.
I am not one to usually write reviews, but I placed an order for a college football jersey on 12/13/19, and have yet to receive it. The tracking number that they provided me 1 week ago is supposedly through China Post, and is still "unable to be found" in their system. The several times I have emailed the company... all they tell me is to be patient. I have never had this much difficulty in the past ordering anything online. At this point, I feel I have been scammed. I have just started a refund request through PayPal, and hope that is successful. However the most disappointing part, is that my 11 year old nephew has yet to receive a Christmas present from me! So frustrating, and unbelievable that a so-called company can get away with this! Steer clear of New Day Stock, and order from another company!
On Dec 4th I ordered 3 jerseys. On 12/26/19 I received an email stating that my order was to be delivered that day. When I opened the package I found one jersey! Not even the one I ordered. I tried to find a customer service number. Never found one! I emailed twice. Finally got a response. Not helpful at all. Told me my order was delivered on the 26th. That was it. Totally blew me off about my two other jerseys!
You won't get your order. It's shocking google allows this site to come up as a top search result.

It says nothing about coming from China! Ordered it Dec 2 started to leave China with updates saying China for 3 days and now just stopped. Asked for a redefined through email he said when the package gets there refuse from carrier! It hasn't left China in 2 weeks! No customer service number. Calling cc to stop payment. Crap site
I placed an order two weeks ago and received an email with so-called tracking information that did not match up to any of the standard shippers. I finally googled the tracking number and found that it is coming from China, and was only shipped the day before! This was to be a Christmas gift for my grandson. I wrote the company, but they are no help... They ended with "Have a Nice Day!" I think I paid with PayPal, so I might open a case through them...
