Ordered n paid for 2 twin bedspreads. On 10'*******. Items say shipped from china bogus tracking number. Then get a email stating I have to contact shipper usps. SCAM SCAM. And fraudulent activity on paypal after order 3 rimes.

I've ordered 3-4 jerseys from this store. These are stitched, nicely fitted, official jerseys. Amazing quality. It did take a long time to get them, 6-8 weeks, but I think this has more to do with shipping and customs. Customer service is very good. They respond within 1 day, and handle problems fairly. I had an issue with a number not aligned right and they sent me a brand new jersey.

I ordered a football jersey from here, it is everything I wanted and more. I wanted to up size the jersey after I ordered I sent these guys an email and within hours I had a reply assuring me the size would be corrected. It took about 2 1/2 weeks for the jersey to get here but well worth the wait. I will be a returning customer.

I ordered a 'gator' facemask 7 weeks ago.
Shortly after, I learned it was coming from China. The tracking number shows 'missent' and they package has been stuck in Utah for the last 2 weeks.

On 9/5 I tried to get a refund and was told to wait 10 days. On 9/15 I was told to wait another week.

I've asked at least 5 times for a refund. I'm tired of waiting.

I ordered a Chicago White Sox home jersey ( white)and it's perfect. Item as described. Great customer service also. Shipping was a little longer than expected but when you get the product you should have no complaints

Recently had made a purchase with a slight hiccup, but I reached out online and got a quick response from S. Jones and she came through with flying colors. Received my order and was most pleased. My daughter will be thrilled with her gift. Thank you New Day.

Love my Tigers and love my Jersey except sizing is completely off. You need to order 2 sizes larger than what you wear. Paid a lot and won't even be able to wear it!

They were a little small when I received them, but I contacted the company and they responded the same day agree to replace them with a bigger size. Jerseys are great looking. Really well stitched and appearance!

I tried to buy a custom Ohio State jersey from another competitor for my girlfriend. After ordering and 2 months of waiting and no response to my e-mails I gave up and ordered from New Day. They sent me constant updates on where the jersey was in the production and mailing process and within a couple of weeks she had the jersey and loves it! I would buy from New Star again.

You just received their jerseys Harry ordered from the girls national world team soccer USA team it look as good as the jerseys about from the actual u.s. a team shop only complaint is it takes about three weeks to arrive for shipping I think the Corona virus slows shipping down

I just got my Jersey today. Wow just wow. It looks great. Everything I ask to be on it was. Always updated me on delivery with email and sms. Would highly recommend them for any sports fan.

This company also goes by new_shopping on ArtFire.com. The jersey sizes aren't correct, and their 100% satisfaction is a joke! They ignored most of my emails and never gave me the correct Burreaux jerseys I ordered. They deleted my purchase on ArtFire so that I couldn't give them a review! DO NOT BUY!

I placed my order 2 month ago, haven't receive it yet! They do not email the tracking number unless you involve paypal.

I ordered a jersey for my wife and the name was misspelled. I returned it as the guy told me, with tracking number and he tells me no refund because I DIDNT REMIND HIM TO REFUND ME! Below is a copy of our conversations. I sent him pics of all the past emails with proof that I did what he said for a return and still the guy will not provide a refund for a poor quality, faulty piece of merchandise.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE MORHER$#*!ERS! SCAMMING Innocent people from there hard earned money! My mom ordered a jersey ( rose Lavelle) for my Neice, of course no number to call, no tracking number, no NOTHING! Who the $#*! do these people thing they are! Keep your $#*! by you, the only thing you deserve is the coronavirus! I am done with sites like these!
