Website seems to work well, large selection of shoes.

Good. Easy website to use. Would like more detail about fabrics eg weight stretchy or not.

Good communication, prompt delivery, good value for money

I ordered three items, two tops and one pair of pants.
The pants were unavailable and unfortunately they were ordered to match one of the tops

Contenta con el uso de su site, también con el tiempo de entrega, me gustaría que el tejido de los artículos comprados fuera de mejor calidad, también estaría dispuesta a pagar un poco más.

The product was very goog but the size its probably chineese size, so you have to adapt the size of your product to the western people. Otherwise nothing was suspicious or misleading.

Do you ship your product directly from China? You never describe the shipping address where it comes from.

Whilst the few products I have received are not disappointing, the 6 delivery time to receive them is. Another time my card had been apparently refused, the order cancelled, but I was not informed. When I contacted the customer service they replied quickly by mail in 24h. Overall, a disorganised and slow logistics. How long does it take to put some T-shirts in the post? I am still waiting for my last (and final) order to arrive, from early October. I won't be tempted to use them again.

First of all, I like to see what is the full amount, including the postage, before I am taken to the payment, rather than hiding it!
The second problem I had with the order was that the sizes of the two pairs of shoes when arrived were at variance with what was ordered (size 9) - the first pair of winter shoes was too tight (probably due to the fact that they were fully lined with fur), and the second pair of ankle boots were too big and not of the quality I had expected! There was a noticeable visible difference in sizes between the two pairs.
Having being used to dealing with the online companies selling clothes and shoes, like NewChic, who recognize the problems associated with buying online, and who offer, as standard, the prepaid return label in case the size was not right, I assumed that the same level of customer service was offered by NewChic.
It, therefore, came as a big disappointment when I learned, that to return the shoes in order to claim a refund, I would have to pay the postage to China! As far as I was concerned, that was out of the question, and eventually, I have settled for half of the refund whilst keeping the shoes. As they are no good to me they have ended up in a charity shop, and I hope to make someone happy for Christmas.
