So far, so good... but shipping seems very expensive

Fast delivery service surprisingly even with Christmas rush

I ordered a coat as a Christmas gift. It didn't arrive until the first week of January. As it happened the coat was the wrong size. Trying to return the item was difficult. You had to make contact with New Chic first by email. When I got the return address it was in China. The cost of returning the item was nearly half it's total cost. They should maybe have a sales hub in the UK or at least Europe. I ended up giving the coat away, not to the person who it was meant as a gift for. NewChic have offered me 30% off my next order. I will not be taking them up on the offer.

Everything went quite smoothly - selecting, paying and delivery (I was aware that delivery could take a couple of weeks). The boots would appear to be good value for money and are extremely comfortable to wear, although they have not had much use yet due to the appalling weather.

Clothes are great for the price but quite a wait on delivery

Order revived nearly 4 weeks later and it's the wrong size! XXXL instead of XL. It's way too big and this is the second time this has happened!

Die Kaufabwicklung auf der Internetseite ist etwas untransparent und man sieht leider erst ganz am Ende (wenn man bezahlt hat), dass die Ware eigentlich aus China kommt. Man wird auch nicht - wie in Europa eigentlich üblich - erst darum gebeten, sich die AGB's (insbesondere das Widerrufsrecht) durchzulesen. Dies auf der Internetseite zu finden, ist auch nicht ganz einfach.
Insgesamt war ich mit der Bestellung (der Qualität der Artikel) größtenteils zufrieden. Eines der Shirts hatte ich nur testweise in einer weiteren Farbe mitbestellt, da ich nicht sicher war, wie die Farbe in echt aussehen würde.
Angesichts der Tatsache, dass man die enormen Kosten für den Rückversand (inkl. Verzollung) selbst tragen muss, konnte ich das Shirt dann aber leider nicht ohne Weiteres zurückgeben. So auch die versehentlich zu viel bestellte Tasche.:-(
Ein Glück, dass die Sachen ansonsten wenigstens gepasst haben und ich für das Shirt einen anderen Abnehmer finden konnte.
Wenn man also sicher ist, dass man die Sachen behalten möchte, kann ich NewChic soweit weiterempfehlen. Auf jeden Fall besser als "MODETALENTE", die unter dem gleichen Hut zu stecken scheinen.

The carriage charge was rather a lot, but I was pleased with the top and there was a good selection to choose from. Sizing was good too, but one of the designs was available from Amazon for a significantly lower price, hence only 4 star rating.

Very slow shipping, was not anywhere near the expected shipping time given when I placed the order. Material is cheap quality

This was the worse site I have ever ordered anything from! I'm sorry but it took me way too long to get through the ordering process! Terrible but I finally was able to finish after registering and then trying to get the 20% discount but then not able to add it to my purchase! Just ridiculous

I found a really unique top I haven't seen anywhere else. Since the items are made in China, I was pleased that a proper size chart was available and easy to find. I did have trouble with not being able to speak with anyone, but I finally did receive the item after quite a long wait.

ITEM WAS A PLANNED CHRISTMAS PRESENT THAT WAS PROMISED FOR DELIVERY BETWEEN 12/17 AND 12/22. ACTUALLY ARRIVED AFTER SEVERAL TRACES ON 1/4.

First time I've ordered so will see how it goes and what quality the products are.

Very difficult to return clothing cheaply. How do you return?

Les articles sont fidèles aux photos. Seuls reproches: les frais de port sont élevés et il n'y a pas de relais en France pour les retours ( donc les frais de retour élevés aussi). C'est pourquoi je ne commanderai pas d'articles lourds (genre chaussures) au cas où je devrais les renvoyer. Dommage car elles sont très très belles!

In the past I have had an easier experience with ordering items from other stores online. Also I have yet to receive the rest of my first order which I ordered at the beginning of December. Please note that I have now received my first full order delivered by the abovementioned 2 delivery numbers ending in 18 and 19. I have made another order prior to receiving my first order and the first time I ordered the items I was told that the order was cancelled because not all of the items were available, I then tried to order again and required a confirmation number from my credit card and apparently that was not accepted. I was finaly able to do the order but by all the communications that you have sent me I am very confused as to what I will be receiving and I do not wish to have duplicate orders, etc. and have multuple charges on my credit card. My view is that if something is cancelled its cancelled and you start fresh. At present the last order that I sent for should only have 4 items, 1 dress, 2 bras and 1 pair of pants. I would appreciate better communication in the future. Please advise me as to what order I will be receiving by one email. Thank you

Products are nice, but not EXACTLY what I expected. Shirt had a lower quality fabric than what appeared in photo, but still quite good
