I use to buy some unusual items on newshic. Prices are not very low, but you foind items that are difficult to find somewhere else, or with the same delivery times. For what I bought, I am satisfied with some of the items, and for other unsatisfied
I ordered the sneakers using the size guide on Newchic's site, and ordered a size 39 (European). The price was very good including international shipping. The site was easy to use. They took almost 2 months to arrive. I was very pleased with their appearance. They are a shade darker than they appear in the photos buy still look awesome. Unfortunatly, they were too small for me so it appears the sizing chart is not dependable enough.
Item doesn't work very well. The clips don't fasten.

Всё хорошо. Но с размерами большая проблема. Один товар нужно подбирать несколько раз (неподходящий размер). А это время (отправка неподходящего обратно продавцу + оплата обратной отправки). При этом всём теряется скидка на товар.

The product looked nice but when you wear the clothes, they are coarse to the skin making them uncomfortable... so I just leave them in the closet.

No customer services help in tracking delivery. Just had to wait for it to arrive and couldn't track as no tracking number given and nothing worked

Comme d'habitude avec GLS, livraison hors délai, mauvaise adresse... lamentable.
Newchic interpellé répond qu'ils ne sont pas responsables de la livraison, n'assure pas de service après vente auprès de GLS et ne s'inquiète pas (ou très tard comme dans cette enquête de satisfaction 4 semaines plus tard) de savoir si le client a bien reçu sa commande... déplorable

I was disappointed by the products because the size is different from european ones, really too small for me, and the appearance of products was different from the initila picture. Products are cheap but low quality as well. I won't recommand this Brand.
