I ordered some new underwear, and the fact I live in northern Ireland and you guys sent this stuff here is great, I knew it would take a few week but worth it.

I like all I buy from new chic but one thing has got little tight is tops I bought last ones were little small in sleeve normally ok I do love all others x

I received all of the products I had ordered they are all exactly what I was wanting and other than the length of shipping it was all great!
I do not understand why it took 2 weeks to process what was a fairly simple order, then another 3 weeks in the post. However I am satisfied with the goods I received, thank you.

The shirts are made of very cheap material, nothing like the picture. The sizing runs very small. Even the cut wasn't per the photos. Delivery was super quick.

To be honest, i'd given up on the jacket ever coming... looked on the site, 2 months had passed and it still only said order received... wasn't over joyed at the quality of the jacket...
Your shoe sizes are confusing! Not sure what CA9 means. I hope it mean size 9 in mens!
Agreed... I ordered what I thought was size 9. The width was fine but the Length was a bit long! The Boot is extremely comfortable... like wearing a great slipper! We'll see about durability.

The quality of the globes is poor, the zipper of one of them doesn't work. Not a good experience for my first and maybe the last purchase.

Example: Australia was not on the dropdown, then Brisbane was not on the dropdown even after my address have been submitted.
It took a while before Brisbane appeared on the dropdown - otherwise I don't know how my order could have been delivered.
