Compré dos camisas, primero el material no se condice con como se aprecia en las imágenes, eran más toscas. Lo otro es que el precio no es acorde al material, que básicamente es plástico.

Took 4 weeks to arrive but pleased with the top. I ordered the larger size as i knew it would be too tight.

Ordered four different pieces of clothing. Sizing is drastically unreliable. Product I received does not match their own size specifications. Tried to return items that did not fit, spent almost $30.00 return postage to china for $50.00 refund. Never received refund. Instead, return package was rejected, I just received it back after nearly 6 months from when I sent it. Noticed that their policy is refunds if returned within 30 days. I did not receive my purchase (or even shipping information) within 30 days. Purchased it July 4, received shipping info August 5, then received package around August 12. If the ability for return and refund are important to you, consider a different company.

Stock need to updated every time, don't ask customer to wait until the new stock arrived. Especially after payment had made. Website not friendly, ask to wait and cant made complaint. FB page is the only faster way to complaint with action. Service from your team is good but after i had made few complaint. Please provided a complaint box at your website

I will never shop again.the quality was for carnival!

After ordering this jacket as a replacement for an earlier order from NewChic, which was out of stock (after waiting weeks and weeks for it!), When it finally arrived it was MUCH too small. I usually have size XL, but chose 2XL to allow extra room. However, although the label said "2XL" it was so small that it was a struggle to get my arms into the sleevesI Once I did get it on, the jacket was so small that the front would not meet and certainly not allow the zip to be closed. My son-in-law who is a medium size, tried the jacket on but could also not zip it up.

I am very disappointed that after waiting neary 2 months for a jacket, I still don't have one that I can use and I have now wasted over £50. I can certainly not be recommend NewChic to friends and family. It is a shame because the actual jacket was exactly the style I wanted, seems good quality and was reasonably priced, but all I now have is an unusable garment gathering dust!
