Don't buy

Ordered shoes from them. They stunk like chemicals. Tried to return them,. It was going to cost me 23 dollars. The shoes cost 26 so wasn't worth anymore of my time. Putting in a complaint to PayPal

Avoid this company

I placed an order for two coats after seeing a promotion on Facebook. They said delivery would be within 7-10 days. After 7 days of placing the order, I received an email that one of my items was out of stock so there would be a delay. They expected new stock within 48 hours. Those 48 hours passed, I heard nothing. I gave it another 24 hours then chased for a status update. I got a response from customer services 48 hours later and was told now both items were out of stock and wouldn't be available for another 8 days. I cancelled my order and am currently waiting up to 14 days for my refund.
I plan on posting this review everywhere I can for the simple fact: a company should not be marketing promotions on global social media if they cannot meet demand and do not have the customer service to deal with issues promptly. Such a massive waste of time! Avoid them!

You can find it between the title and the price when you choose the size and color. Some items are very popular, so some of them are out of stock. We are trying to find more supplier to make sure the stock.

No help for exchange

I ordered Vest Jacket (#*******), the XL size was small compare with US. I emailed and asked for exchange, tried to call customer service many times, but always no answer. I don't mind paying the fee for shipping, but no one to help me to solve this problem.

Cheap, cheap

Took a long time to get items and when they arrived I was disappointed in the quality. Shirts were short in front, not as they were shown in photos. Made very cheaply but I suppose that's what you get. Definitely would not order anything else.

I ordered shoes, storage bin made of cloth and a wall sticker. All of poor quality. However, I did order a pair of sandals that were actually very nice and comfortable. I probably won't order from this site again and caution anyone who does.

DENIM DRESS fabric is thin and more like shirt weight fabric. Tried to contact about sending 2 back and there is no return address other than CHINA. They want a tracking no. Which I understand but sending it that method costs a lot and would basically eat up my return! I have contacted them and not gotten the answer to my questions. I would not recommend ordering from CHINA if you think you may need to send it back! I gave it a 1 star review!

Untrustworthy

I order 1 jumsuit from them and no confirmation was sent to my email even they already charged from my credit card.
I have been waiting for more than 1 week and asked them how the status is.
They reply my order was out of stock and gave me 3 options, i choosed the options of refund money back.
Does anyone here is really received the refund from newchic.com? How long will it take for the refund? And your credit card information will be safe after buying from this website?

Bad experience

Poor look

I ordered a bra, following all their guidlines. Recieved the bra in a decent amount of time considering it came from China. It fit pretty well and was quite comfortable, but the bra shape made me look like I was wearing a 50's cone bra, just not as pointy. I read their return policy but underwear cannot be returned, and IF you are the exception to that rule, you have to pay for shipping and handling to return it, and after they have inspected it, you might get a refund. I figure to cut my losses. I just spent $20 to donate to Goodwill...

Great customer service

I ordered a size bigger than my normal shoe size as per advice on the web. But the shoes I received were bigger. They probably gave the advice because of the movable flaps on the back of the shoes which make it so difficult to put on the shoes. I explained that to New Chic and they understood and gave me a refund. They also were not able to respond to my email right away because of the holidays. Anyway, I'm quite happy with the outcome and would recommend them to other people. Just be very careful with the size before ordering anything. It's not a good feeling to be complaining later on.

Room for improvement

The bag I ordered was a good purchase but the company needs to say that it is sent budget courier... i assume to keep costs down... as that it will take a month to reach you...
The company should take the initiative and provide up dates of tracking to keep the confidence of the customer... so many bad reviews and this is fueled from poor communication but they do respond quickly to direct emails

Cheaters!

You are Cheaters. You charge money and donot send the clothing.

Order clothing on 1st Sep and paid extra for expedited shipping however not received the clothing. Followed up with customer service and the promised to refund if I will not receive it till 29th Sep. They will refund full money. Now they have declined.

Please donot buy from them. They will take you money and you will never receive the product. They will keep on extending the dead lines.
No refund and no clothing received.
