After 40 days we still haven't received the order yet they say it was delivered on 2-2-2018, we ordered it and they charged the card on 1-4-2018. DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU CAN WAIT OVER A MONTH AND THEN MAYBE NOT GET IT AT ALL.
Gente, esta empresa es malísima NO COMPREN, hice un pedido de unos zapatos y resulta que no había en stock. No entiendo como una empresa que se supone que es " y que seria" ponga en venta un producto que no existe, me parece una falta de respeto. Me comunicaba con el chat online y siempre era lo mismo: "disculpe por los inconvenientes causados, el producto estará en stock alrededor de tal fecha" esperaba hasta la fecha que me decían y volvían con lo mismo que seguía fuera de stock y que el proveedor estaba demorando y bla bla, toda una burla y falta de respeto. Empresas como esas deberían demandarse. Espero me devuelvan el dinero.

They charged my credit card although the item was out of stock and they did not know when it would be back in stock. I was given the choice to wait for as long as a month out, and offered a 25% discount in return. But no credit was forthcoming. When I complained, Newchic cancelled my entire order.

I ordered a pair of shoes, got them in less than 3 weeks. Ordered a pair of ankle boots, there were 2 mix-ups, took 4 months to get them. But I DID get them, and I LOVE them! The leather is buttery soft, the styles are outrageously fun, and the price was really good. The company made good on the mix-ups, did not charge me any postage. Honestly, for me, it was worth the wait! I wear a ladies' size 8- I ordered size 10, it fit just right.
I ordered a bag and somehow received the wrong color. They are sending the correct color without the hassle of the return process for the incorrect one.
I ordered an item from them 2 months ago and haven't received it. When contacted their customer service I was told the product was delivered a few days before at 6pm which isn't possible - the mail delivery cut off time where I live is 4pm and the place it was 'delivered to' closes at 5. I was informed they weren't going to look into the issue (even though it's their legal obligation) and of course that I wasn't going to get my money back.

I read the negative customer reviews of New Chic and thought I really love these boots so I'll give it a try... well atleast they arrived... I ordered 2 pair of the same boot in the same color but different sizes... I received 1 pair in the color and size I ordered and the other in another color that I didn't order but the right size... the reviews said that it's difficult to get a refund or exchange so I'm not even going to try... lesson learned... buyer beware... New Chic is a waste of time and money and I actually found some of the items they carry on Amazon for a little more but I least I'm guaranteed to get my order... New Chic doesn't care about its customers and is a shoddy company...

The problem wasn't NewChic it was JetCounsel at top of pg who charged my bank $5 twice for nothing & now charged my bank $23 twice! When I realized it wasn't NewChic I left site! So they charged my bank acct almost $60, I sent them an email about it & they ignored me & proceeded to get my money! For Nothing! Very upset at them! You guys were great!

Ordered a winter jacket on 12/23/17 got the jacket 1/27/18 and the size chart they posted was way off, the jacket was way too small even though I gave my measurements correctly. Then when I wanted to return item, they were silent on the other end of email and phone # went into voicemail, every time for customer service. People wonder why Amazon is taking over retail etc, this is why. Stay away from New Chic merchandise

I ordered a pair of flat shoes on 18 November 2017. I received them first week of January 2018. They looked great, fitted well until the heel of one of the shoes (the right one) started disappearing bit by bit leaving a hole of 4cm x 5 cm. I couldn't believe my eyes! The fur-lined, backless slippers I ordered from New Chic were just as advertised on their website. They are true to size, very comfortable, and well made. I feel that I got great shoes that will last and at a great price!

It's throwing money and time. A few days ago I bought a coat that according to the comments was warm, very well finished... it cost me almost 50 pounds, well, with the shipping costs, which I paid, almost 60. And when it arrives... I think I have never been scammed by internet as this company. The coat is bad, very bad, it looks like another fabric, another filling... it's not worth 10 euros, in the flea markets with lots of clothes at 2 euros you find better quality. The odyssey comes when I try to return it, after contacting them through live chat, because they make it difficult to find how to return something, I explain my problem, all right, that in 48 hours maximum they would send me an email with the address to which I have to send the coat. That email was never sent to me, I get back in touch with them, and they say yes, they sent me the email with the solution and the address, I had to check my spam email, LIE, they did not send me anything. I ask them again for an address explaining everything again, and they tell me that it is going to be very expensive to send a package to China, that if I prefer it, they make me an income of 14 pounds...?, Anyway, they still do not give me the address for the return. And I already get in touch with them through paypal, and now I finally have an address from a man, who is not even from Hong Kong, where the company is supposed to be, to send a package that I know is not going to reimburse. In the end I, ve lost 56 pounds, a lot of time and energy and I've been scammed, I hope you read this before buying here

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
