BUYER BEWARE
August 30, 2022

I purchased a complete outdoor kitchen, including 33" grill and platinum side burner. I ordered both the rill and side burner to be propane. Many of the pieces arrived dented, which was the fault of the shipping company (though packing from NewAge was perhaps a bit sketchy). NewAge did credit me $300 for the damaged items. I ordered the items in September 2021, but they did not arrive till late November, which I was ok with due to the chaos of COVID. That said, due to rain, snow, and cold I did start assembling the kitchen till spring and it wasn't too bad, though the system for connecting cabinets is not great. I also discovered that they had sent the grill and side burners with hose hookups for natural gas--recall that I ordered propane. They did send one propane hose conversion, so I didn't think too much of it and swapped it out. I had to call them and order another propane hose converter, but again, I thought no big deal. Then I tried to use the grill. Notting but a huge orange flame no matter what setting I used. That's when it hit me that they sent me a natural gas stove--NOT PROPANE AS I HAD ORDERED. I have spent the last 3 or 4 months trying to get them to resolve their screw-up, but they refuse to do it.

About NewAge - great looking products that are of decent quality--again, my issue is not the quality of the products, it's their unwillingness to acknowledge that I ordered propane appliances, but they sent me natural gas appliances that require a professional--and I'm no gas professional--to convert (at my expense).

After order $4,000+ of garage cabinets, ect., I was immediately asked to provide a review of NewAge's customer service. Because I wanted to provide a review after receiving the merchandise, I declined.

Not providing an initial review proved smart, because once receiving my purchased items, I discovered a significant defect in the manufacturing. That is, one of the tall cabinets did not lock because the hole wear the pin is to slide through was not punched or cut out.

I called NewAge and they never called back. I emailed new age and they sent me a generic response to items damaged in shipping as opposed to a manufacturing defect. As of this writing, NewAge has failed to respond to my telephone call and has not provided a relevant response to mail email inquiry seeking warranty service for a manufacturing defect.

Based upon my experience, NewAge does not have any meaningful customer service, As a consequence, save yourself the hassle and annoyances of a company that simply does not respond to issues surround manufacturing defects.

In sort, look elsewhere. That is, unless you are willing to gamble on customer service and manufacturing defects.

Newage is a perfect balance between quality and price. I have receive incredible support to replace one cabinet that was damaged in transit. They asked for picture and that was it, a new cabinet came in. They have also provided assistance in making the plan for the garage setup. Very happy with the product and their support.

I did receive a damaged cabinet with a dent in the bottom but customer service at Newage products made it right, the cabinets are very high quality and installation instructions are actually correct.

Initially quoted 6 weeks for 15K worth of garage cabinets. After 3 weeks started to get weekly changes to the delivery schedule. Called to verify the new delivery only to be told "its on the original time schedule" Finally was told the truth by one of their customer service people that told me all customer orders were being delayed because all the product was going to Home Depot and Costco. Ended up cancelling the order and still have not received credit after 5 weeks. Avoid this company!

Have been trying to get a hold of anyone for an order update (don't care when it's coming, just want to know approximately when after 4 months). Have tried phone, email, text, chat, insta, etc. for almost 2 weeks and crickets. Avoid these guys as all they care about is their Costco and home Depot business.

Amazing Service!

Recently purchased my new cabinets from NewAge and I'm so happy I did. Great quality products at an affordable price. I received great service from the NewAge team, specially from my designer Saif Ali Khan, who took the time to show me a couple of layouts that best suited my kitchen project. He was very patient and took time to explain my options and mock-up several looks for me to choose from I greatly appreciate his professionalism and expertise in design. Spent over $4,000 on 3 36" Pro lockers and a 6' workbench. Amazingly well packed high quality products. My issue is that I ordered white glove delivery meaning the products would be removed from their packing and the packing removed from my property. It didn't happen and NewAge wasn't able to make it happen after being informed. Still waiting on a refund of my $292 premium paid for this service. I put everything together in a day (by myself) but found I was missing 1 front shelf (hanger) clip for the workbench shelf. I informed NewAge that I needed a replacement clip (Part # PB3-110.004A-01-XX). They replied that this clip was not available as a replacement part and to just go buy it at any hardware store, including Home Depot. They offered me $40 off for my trouble. This is not standard shelving hardware and this is turning into a major problem with zero support from NewAge customer service. All of this for a $0.25 piece that didn't ship with the order! Buyer BEWARE.

Do not buy from this company! I received 3 damaged items, and they will not accommodate any of my needs! Lousy customer service... Don't waste your money, please save yourselves the aggravation of having an unfinished project and having to wait an extra 5 months for a replacement!

I found New Age Cabinet with an online search and I'm so glad I did. Their products are beautiful and their price is awesome. I purchased 2 Bar sets. The Eight Pieces Bar (For our liquors) and the 4 Pieces Bar set (as a Coffee and Tea Bar). The whole buying experience was amazing. Mr. Saif Ali Khan designed the bars for me and he did a beautiful rendering of how the units would look in my home. I purchased the units and once I got them, they were better than expected. The wood is great quality and the overall pieces are so lovely. Every time I call their customer service, they answer fast and take care of all my issues. Their customers service is amazing. They note everything in case we forget something, they can guide us so that we are informed and happy. It's a pleasure doing business with them. More companies should be like this. You can tell that nurturing their clients is important to them. Im getting ready to fully install my units. Im including pictures of where Im at as far as installation. I look forward to buying more of their products in the near future. I highly recommended New Age products. Thanks to everyone there for the great job their doing.
