Trying to get a domain verified took forever, and never did complete. Took another path, it was approved in minutes. Now getting bounce back from domain.com for some unknown reason. If I can't correct I'll pull domain from you!

All this did come as a complete surprise to me because I had no idea that you were taking over there. I still don't know anything about your company. I keep getting emails telling me click here to see the stats of my site but when I do it leads nowhere. I was wondering if you have a site editor. I would suggest you improve your communication skills.

I tried to order an SSL certificate for my website but never received the service even though $170 came out of my bank account. Multiple agents assured me they couldn't see the transaction so I had to go out of my way to send screenshots and proof from my bank accounts before they would take the situation seriously. They assured me I just had to wait for the service to start working even though it had been multiple days. After about 4 days I finally got a message from the billing department saying they refunded me the money with no explanation why the service didn't work and why the transaction disappeared from their site. So after a week of not having the service that I paid for and having the money gone from my bank account, they refunded me the money with no explanation and now I have actually lost money because of the exchange rate between countries. They have taken no steps to acknowledge or remedy the situation. They simply told me to "Try purchasing it again" even though they haven't bothered to tell me why the service didn't work in the first place or why the payment history disappeared from their site. Absolutely abysmal service and 2 very unhelpful agents and a very unhelpful billing department. I would highly recommend to any one not to use this site or their services.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
