Neteller stole my money
On 13 May 2024, I made a cash out from my Neteller account to my credit card.
I received the money on my credit card but on 27 June 2024, my bank deducted the amount from my bank account because Neteller did not send the money to my bank.

Do not use Neteller services
This company is just another scam they say all this stuff about on line shopping and stuff but it's BS they told me the service is not available in Canada, are you kidding don't use them and google should be held responsible for backing them.
This service will block your access from whole your country and your money is gonna be gone. They already did that to many countries.

I deposited the money and in one second they blocked my account. Now they doesn't communicate They are normal, pure cheaters.
Deposited money in account so that I could withdraw to 3rd party as 3rd party accepted deposits through Neteller, when it didn't work I tried to have funds returned to my bank. I sent multiple emails they requested documents, I sent documents and no response and no resolve.
Issue has been resolved. The issue was my personal bank and not Neteller.

Neteller is a big cheat they deduct all my balance I just open account with them get it verified and after that make a deposit but when I tried to transfer fund firsts they did not proceed than they deduct all my funds such a poor support and cheat wallet.
You just have made the mistake of your life depositing on neteller. I made the same mistake.
When i deposit it was no problem, but when i want to withdraw they ask me for verification, the sistem they use for scaning the documents is the worst when i need to scan the back of the document i tri for 3 houer but nothing. I have sent an email with all my documents and im waiting for response.
I deposited 100€ that I wanted to lay there. I logged in today and have 0€.
After contacting them, their answer is that they charged me 100€ for not providing my documents.
However they had all my documents when I charged the account with 100€.
Nowhere is written they will charge 100€. So to resume, I created an account and gave them 100€
They are scammers and thieves. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!
I used Neteller to make a deposit, when I attempted to make a second deposit to the same site I couldn't, when I tried to withdraw my balance from Neteller back to the card I had used to deposit they wouldn't let me. Customer service were of no help eventually I had to withdraw to my back account resulting in a charge of almost 20%. Absolute shower
I had account many years, it was verified, everything was good, and suddenly they froze my account...
I send mail to support and they respond something with my identity is wrong? I tell them i can turn my webcam on and show any documents they want, but they dont want accept that. They just close account and take my money...
Very bad behaviour and support. I have no other word to say, but they are scamers.
I have created my account in January.
Creating my account was smooth so I was convinced to deposit some money on my account.
I thought I could make a transaction with my money right after but lo and behold, i had to undergo a verification process first before i could withdraw my money!
They froze my account and charged 5 USD every month due to inactivity.
It slowly ate away my money which i couldn't even access!
This app doesn't even deserve a single star!
After registered i try to verify the account before deposit, they say i dont need to verify. Then i deposit, they restricted my account, ask me to verify, i try to verify but failed. Today, i cant access my account.
If you want to use money transfer service, DO NOT DEPOSIT BEFORE YOU ARE FULLY VERIFIED with the service provider.

I had issues making a payment on my account for weeks so I contacted customer service for help. They were not only incompetent but they didnt't even try to engage and attempt to resolve my issue. All i was told was that my account was under internal restriction and that they couldnt do anything about it. Totally useless customer service.

If you are stupid like me and sent money in... Well you are never going to get them back... Just gave it up and move on

Totally SCAM! It's unbelievable, they charged $150 from my account first and asked for Bank Statement to refund the rest of my $1837. First, they denied my statement and asked for an alternative one. I made a new bank account just to provide them with the alternative statement. After sending the new statement they said the refund request is denied and they can't refund me or provide any more information about it! Can you believe it? If you think I am lying, I can give you screenshots of everything. They have the right to terminate my account but they have no right to take my hard-earned money. Please use other payment processors but not Neteller.
