Terrible customer service no support. Charging for deposit and for windraws. Account gets temporarily blocked often. You can deposit when you want but my God when you want to windraw your money it takes you weeks with checking again documents you ve already sent and you need to argue getting your own money back besides the massive fees that they are taking anyway. No one gets back to you with anything. No words

2 days after i wrote the above review, and messaged PokerStars that i will report them to the local authorities, i got an e-mail that my NETELLER account has been successfully approved. Well, strangely, 2 minutes before i got the approval for my account, i got another e-mail from NETELLER that my account verification has been rejected. I think... PokerStars owns NETELLER.

Neteller is big scam bank, please safe your money with any good bank and don't use Neteller and they will block your account anytime without reason and they will not answer your mails and take your money as they did already with me, as you see in the attached picture they asked to take my money Crypto and they block the Crypto option in my account

These guys are out to swindle people of their hard-earned money. Ask yourself, why is it so easy to open an account and deposit money, but when you want to withdraw YOUR money, they start talking of verification?

I submitted my government-issued ID and official Bank Statement, yet they refused them. And the documents are listed under their list of acceptable documents. When I raised the issue with them, they started their usual round of system-generated mails that don't assist in any way. Do they expect me to forge documents so that they accept them.

For the sake of your peace, DON'T NEVER use NETELLER for online transactions. You better stick with PayPal

They FINALLY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT with hundreds of dollars in there. If anyone knows how I can REPORT NETELLER to the FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY please let me know. We need to #AbolishNeteller

This is an absolutely fraudulent company. After I transferred funds from my bank account to Neteller, they suspended my account and requested additional verification. I sent the requested documents, but they closed my account and took my money.
No explanation, no money.

Bul$#*! site they don't have any response after dipositing money. Big cheatters please don't try to invest on such sites. This is fake and you will be fooled after disposing money. No use

After you deposit your money, they instantly restrict your account for their FAKE ID verification process! Their excuse is that the relevant department is reviewing your document which not true. I was waiting for them for them from May 2021 to give me access to use my fund or refund my money. Although I sent them all the documents they asked, they never opened my account! I contacted them numerous times both via email and phone and they give you the same answer. DO NOT TRUST NETELLER AND SKRILL!

I have been another victim of Neteller. They directly closed my account permanently. I had successfully verified my ID and also I was using their mobile App. But they directly closed my account permanently.
But the main problem is that They will not give me my money back, It's around 20$. I did just created my new account and due to some reason, I have deposited 20$ in my Neteller account.
Neteller should try to add their users not block them permanently.

Paysafe is scamming money all over the words. I have been using my neteller account for more than 4 years. But 2 days ago suddenly i received a mail from neteller that your account is restricted. Then i submitted my documents to reactive my account. Then i found they have looter 130$ From my account. They says its their administrative audit fee. What a scam it it. Neteller is a site which takes 3% fee in all transaction. That cuts 130$ as audit fee! Also as per their term 16.3 they were supposed to give a notice of two months but i did not get any warning. When i sent the screenshot of their term Again they asked for documents anr they approved but my account was restricted and the next day they asked me to withdraw my remaining funds vaia bank. Same happed to my skrill as well. So i would request everyone not to use pay safe service. They will scam your money trust me. And if anyone from uk has the ability then please file a case against this fraud site. Thank you.

This company is a scam when you deposit money they will restrict your account and they dont have costumer support. If you dont want to say goodbye to your money avoid neteller.

Took money for a payment and then mysteriously said "address details do not match seconds later" Money gone from my account and marked as "pending" for weeks. Not gone to pay the bill and not in my account either! Just vanished into the Neteller cloud. Emailed customer care numerous times and no response. This is NOT. A serious company and I would not recommend you transferring any money here! AVOID

I have been an another victim of neteller. They restricted my account out of nowhere then when i message them that i would like to get my money off their app. They give me some bull$#*! excuse. Do not Use neteller this company is scamming people. Out of their own money. I'm still sending them message but they don't even bother replying. I am warning you guys save your money and don't use Neteller.

Like others, I deposited funds into my supposed account with Neteller on account opening.

Neteller then spent days sending emails to me asking for KYC documents that we had already loaded to their website. Eventually Neteller accepted our documents as "verified" and sent an "account verification" email.

Then, surprise, surprise, they sent another email stating the account was still "locked". They asked us to produce a statement for a debit card that does not exist. They also asked for our debit card number.

Clearly, we couldn't produce a statement for a card that doesn't exist, nor would we provide our debit card number. They then refused to fund our initial deposit until we provided them with a document that doesn't exist and our debit card number.

When we refused they just cut the call off.

We have reported Neteller's conduct to our bankers and are going to take it up with the UK regulators. We will have our funds back!

Don't go near Neteller they are fraudsters who use the very sensible KYC process against you and to their criminal benefit.
