I used to sell digital goods and used Neteller as one of my payment methods. One day I made two sales. It just so happend Neteller reversed those transactions only after I made the delivery. When I asked why, I was told because of security reasons. Then they said my customer funded his account by a credit card he wasn't allowed to use. Now I'm thinking that since my customer funded his account using a credit card, he must've typed in his NAME when he used the card. And if the name on the card was different than his name used on his account, Neteller should've denied the funding or at least put the funds on hold for a while, not let him spend his money just to take it back from its customers. Or is it what it really happened? So after they called that guy a fraudster, they said to have given him the money back. THAT IS BULL$#*!! Now I'm 700€ worth of goods short. It wouldn't have bothered me if I haven't had to buy the products in the first place. These kind of companies shouldn't be allowed on the market.

They just closed my account without explanation before or after their action. I have been long termed customer and VIP member. Think twice before using scammers. Better move is dont even think about using SCAMMER NETELLER.
I made an account, i add money in 50€ 1,5€ tax, i try 2 days to verify account, when i verifyed i try trasfer money on other neteller account, after many tryes they inform me that i cant because i have mastercard. SO, after a long time i decide to take back my money, they wanted prove that is my bank account they sent me 0.30€ and i wait to see it on system one day. I saw it i verify my bank account and when i take out my money, from 50€ i get back 39.90€ they took me 12€ taxes for nothing. THE WORST MONEY TRANSFER SITE. THANK YOU.
They are just looting money, these motherfu... Tied up with casino. Never ever put your money here. But still gamling sites show this as a payment option... very bad... you guys will soon shutdown... I will file a fir...
This company is repeatedly taking money from my account - so far 26 times in three days! Totally fraudulent! Also operate under the name Skrill.
I'm using neteller over 7 years. Neteller closed my account without any reason. I have 6422$ on my account. Neteller want to refund me from 2 months, but they didn't do it. Now they are saying there is no account using my email. I sent a ton of mail with screenshot of previous 10 transaction, neteller account ID, but they stopped giving me service. They are F*******king scammer
Added 10$ to my account then updated personal details for account. Now my account has been suspended.
I opened an account in India and transferred 2000 Rupies on it, to use their virtual credit card.
Without any reasons they declined by perfectly valid address verification and ID documents and kept the 2000 rupies as administration fee.
I recommend everyone NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH NETELLER EVER.
They doing Harassment to people and when people deposit money then they close account... they are cheater
I use neteller for 5 years but in 2020 they closed my account with a reason that I used fake documents, which is very funny and illogical excuse. Even if it is true I used account with dake documents for 5 years lol.
They never notified me before making my account limited. My wife was in hospital. I needed emergency money but they did not allow me to withdraw. Moreover, they closed account and took €150 as an administration charge.
It is very disappointing. They make profit with our money, they provide salary to neteller employee with our money. We are customer not begger. I wish Neteller bankrupt soon

This problem is happening again now.
As I have heard, Netelle do not have any Georgian clients, you do not have contracts with Georgian banks and you have no idea what the required documents look like in Georgian. But despite of Neteller gives people permission to deposit money and than immediately blocks the account, to prevent deposited money from withdrawal. It is clear why people like me write about Neteller that Neteller is a fraud and scam company.
Neteller is the worse website you ever want to use in your life. You will get your money stuck and it will take a an herculian task to get your money out. They are a small company, yet they make it so hard for you to transact at al, all in the name of security as if they are the most secured. RUN FROM THEM PLEASE!

I was using their service for a period of 6 - 8 months and suddenly they decide to permanently close my account without the funds been given back to me. I had this issue at the start when there used to be transactions on my account, but after all the explanation and proof of what I used the account for, they let me have my account back. I also asked them if I should not continue to use neteller for this purpose, and they clearly gave me the green light on using their platform. After alot of emails and discussion with them, I realized that they are a scam. I suggest to use other better platform with lower fees.
Stay away from them as much as you possibly can! Their platform works seldomly, only on some of browsers, the process of account verification is a nightmare and their customer service comes down to template e mails and crap excuses. Do not use Neteller!
My 50 Dollars got vanished. Even i am unable to open my account after i claimed. Please avoid this type of paying systems.
