I love my machine. But I haven't even owned it a year yet and it's about to go back for fixing for the FOURTH time. Three weeks each time, I can't have coffee.
And when it's returned, it's my fault for not maintaining it. I treat that thing better than my children.
I'd never buy another Nespresso. Even if it's amazing coffee.

Ordering online = not drinking Nespresso coffee

Ordered coffee with next day service delivery. Still missing after 2 full workdays order not delivered, stating delivery address is not correct. Nespresso service has degraded from being one of the top (when it started) to do not buy from Nespresso anymore. Very du disappointed on this last order as after chatting with customer representatives, the solution given is to update my address, but it is already correct! I wonder if Nespresso management cares about at all…

Faulty machine, no service, no longer a client

Another "big" company that doesn't give any recognition to their clients. After purchasing over 1000$ in pods, a total of 3 machines vertus next, and being a client for over 2 years, I'm suggesting you NOT TO BUYING THESE MACHINES. Check online reviews before buying. You'll have the answer. They are faulty, they leak and Nespresso doesn't give any service except charging you 150$ for a repair or a 100$ discount for a new machine. They don't even try to help you over the phone. They know they are faulty by design. Look up youtube. Never buying anything from them again. Why did I buy 3 machines, because I used to enjoy the product. Now, I'm selling my leftover pods and switching to another brand. No service = Not buying anymore. Good bye.

Coffee machine came (vertuo) with a warranty of 2 years and within the first year and a half the machine stopped working. Had to pay to send it back just for them to "fix" and resend the item in even worse condition. Now it does not work at all and they refuse to replace/refund. Customer service, especially the manager are just awful and stingy refusing to be empathetic or helpful. Worse investment ever go somewhere else for your coffee!

We first wanted a Quality machine to serve ourselves some "quality coffee" and the big tendancy was oriented toward Nespresso at that time which was about 3 years ago.

5 months after our first acquisition of a Nespresso Deluxe our problems started. Straight up a morning, the machine would deny us the possibility to start our day well by simply Not working anymore. So we contacted customer service about the issue. They sent us a new "replacement machine" which also stopped working after 2 months. We called back, got another replacement machine... which broke by itself, like the others, to a RED LIGHT, nothing possible to do... Called them back and they sent us back our first model which now broke again, to red light, after 8 months.

We're buying around 100 to 300$ of coffee cups / boxes per month since 3 years and this morning, as we called them to signal our issue, they simply told us they couldn't help. They "OFFERED us" a 100$ reduction bonus on a new machine OR to send the machine to repair for 145$ from our pocket.

Do not fall for NESPRESSO... It is a POOR Product, you would be better with a 1500$ machine that only demands coffee beans instead of those EXPENSIVE Cups, thee fees and the troubles related to the product itself aren't worth the effort and pain.

I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Note: I'm a 40 years old project manager in windows and glazing, i'm taking care of my goods and things on a daily basis, i am not a bum... my home is clean so its not a problem related to "if we live in a clean house or not" or "if we do things properly or not"... The product is a really poor quality.

Service is disgusting, the waitress was constantly looking at our table and the guests... served plates in the open without napkins and put on a dirty table... took the pot from the window sill that would put the phone for the child, the waitress came running and said that we would not touch it their owner will scold for it

Bought a Nespresso coffee machine for my son's birthday. Costco had a promo on one of their models (Vertuo). The promo included a $40 Nespresso store credit. I spend an entire morning trying to redeem the $40 on the Nespresso website. I had to call several customer support several times. Depending on who I was speaking with, some would say the promo was for a different model (even though on the Nespresso website advertised the promo for the exact model we purchased). The agent wasn't even aware of their own promos and therefore could not get any support from them. Another agent would tell me to upload a copy of my receipt. The problem with that is the purchase was made online on the Costo site. My receipt is an email. It is impossible to capture the entire email in one single image.
Each time I would upload the image it was refused because of details missing. Finally I gave up and called Costco. They were aware of this situation and mentioned many customers where having issues to redeem the $40 by Nespresso. I was finally able to workout something with Costco. Patience has its limit. At the price customers pay for their machines, you would think you would get a better support... NOT!. Staff needs big time training. If you don't have patience then stay away from this product. Its simply not worth the headache. The coffee is great but customer service is a big fat zero! Wish I could enter a 0 star for their rating.

I absolutely love my Nespresso machine! It comes with a starter pack of pods so you can get a feel for what you like and you can make espresso or coffee with it. My machine included a frother so I simply pour my creamer into it hit the button and it froths up the cream and warms it in seconds. You then add it to your espresso and it make an amazing latte! This has kept me from visiting coffee shops as often as I did in the past!

Terrible customer service; delicious coffee

I contacted the company several times in the last couple of months regarding my broken Nespresso machine that was purchased less than 2 years ago and had stopped working (water leaked out the bottom during use). Using it only in my RV I had used it maybe 40 times, so each use effectively cost me more than $5. I probably wasted about 2 hours on the phone with customer service, going through all the troubleshooting efforts. At the end of all of that, I learned what I already knew before contacting them: my machine required repair/replacement. After a brief hold, I then learned that the company does not repair my model. And more importantly, then I learned that their 2-year warranty doesn't apply to my model. Despite their website clearly indicating that it does (https://www.contact.nespresso.com/faq-3/th/en#2678): "We offer a 2 year warranty on all machines and Aeroccino. You will need to provide the proof of purchase." I reach out to Nespresso to ask why their "2 year warranty on all machines" does not apply to my machine. I also asked why it not explained that my machine was not under warranty before I went through all of the troubleshooting and multiple phone calls. I asked why it was not explained that my machine was not repairable before I went through all of the troubleshooting and multiple phone calls. Finally, I asked what they were going to do to fix my problem. In response I received a form email, in which Nespresso was sorry my machine is not working to my satisfaction and inviting me to call their toll-free number to troubleshoot my machine. This is a terrible company. The coffee is delicious, but once my other working machine breaks, I'm done with them. And I encourage you to not start with them.

I was introduced to Nespresso by my daughter and absolutely love it. So... off to the store! The device is simple to operate and makes one of the greatest cups of coffee I could hope for. Now... it's more expensive than bulk coffee and your coffee maker. But I am really enjoying this flavor and ease of brewing. Made my first coffee order yesterday following the purchase. THe website took some reading and researching to understand what I was buying, but I got through it.

I bought my Nespresso Inissia machine (which is very similiar to the Nespresso citzi origalline machine) back in 2016 and she still hasn't missed a beat. I take care of my machine using only good water and descaling it regularly. The espresso or lungo shots are still robust and slathered in rich espresso crema just like the day I bought it.
I have recommended Nespresso machines and coffee to tons of my friends and family and EVERYONE who has purchased a machine has not been disappointed.
Favorite all time Nespresso flavor is still "Snowball". I just ordered a bundle of COCONUT FLAVOR OVER ICE - LIMITED EDITION sleeves a few minutes ago and my mouth is already watering.
I have been a sous chef most of my adult life and I have been drinking high end espressos since the 90's and Nespresso is an affordable espresso option for the home user. Buy one!

Having only had my VertuoPlus for 6 months I now find that it no longer works. It shakes violently and makes a horrendous noise when making coffee before giving a solid red light.

I have had it collected once already and all that the authorised repair centre "Staffords" did was clean it and test for electrical safety. It was returned several days after being collected and on the first use had exactly the same problem. I now have arranged for a second collection for repair which hopefully will fix the problem. Something which I will have to wait and see about. I am currently not overly impressed with something that is only 6 months old and still under warranty. Surely a simple replacement machine would be better than pretending to fix it.

Missing parts. Called customer service on hold for over an hour. Rude and incompetent. Asked to speak to manager they gave me two telephone numbers to reach manager. When I called - both numbers are out of service. Do not buy these products for your own sake.

Bought the nespresso virtue, loved the coffee and all the options. 6 months goes by and the light turns blue? Call in, they try trouble shooting to no avail. "Mail it to us and we will see what we can do" great! 7 weeks goes by, no call or update. Today I am told they can't fix it. They provide me with 2 options. 1. $40 off a new machine or 2. Buy 35 sleeves of coffee and they will give me the machine for $40. Unbelievable! Nesspresso is joke. Maybe I can send back my last order of coffee that I can't drink now and exchange for a new lemon. Worst customer experience I have had in a long time. Avoid this company.

I have 2 Nespresso machines (we travel). Love the different coffee flavours. The milk frother of my newest one started burning the milk after only 4 months. Older one still works fine. When I contacted them they put me through to "service". After 48 minutes trying to understand someone who could hardly speak English he told me I had to put ice cubes in the frother after each use to cool it down? The older frother works fine! WTF! 2 machines ($500.00) and over $1000 a year on pods and this is their answer. Not "I'm sorry, it must be defective so we will ship you a new one". Definitely changing to a new coffee maker. This company sucks!

Would not buy again, I like my coffee and saw the machines had problems at times but I got one anyway because I saw on YouTube they sent out replacements if a problem (NOT TRUE) Well mine is leaking and they want me to mail them the machine. Waite 3-5 days to receive a shipping box and another 2 weeks to get it back after repair. No loaner machine and I even offered to pay for a new machine if I could get a little discount with the leaky machine sent back. All answers were no. So this Machine is going in the trash and I am moving to a different brand of coffee machine. PS - I do not do reviews but this company is a major let down.

THere are a number of issues with profiles and being able to update reoccuring orders - ive had to reach out to them everytime i have to update the date. They dont make it easy. The only way to contact a rep is by calling (who has time for that anymore!?) or online chat. And the online chat is painstakingly slow. And also mostly has the ability to not resolve issues. So there is no email support. Its disappointing that Nespresso create barriers for their clients to get help. Overall the customer satisfaction level is incredibly low!

Very slow, hopefully, you won't need them ever. They seem to be high, drunk, or both! Something happened to my online account it took 1 hr to get it fixed. I could have saved time by buying on Amazon or just going to the dam store, even better getting another freaking machine from another brand.
