MACHINE LEVER DOES NOT CLOSE
Can you fix it with no cost to me...?
I spend $1++ everyday for a cup of coffee and spent over $150+++ to buy this machine and this machine stopped working within 18 months of buying. Really disappointed with it
Also, if you look thru my previous communication, your website said you will deliver Coffee pods within 24 hours after ordering... never ever have you delivered once
REALLY BAD SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY MACHINE AND DISAPPOINTED
Their free shipping service is provided by Deliver-It, they consistently lose orders, deliver later than projected and just kind of suck!
I bought my wife a Nespresso for mother's day 2018. She loves specialty coffees, so I thought I would do something really nice and get her the Nespresso along with the milk frother. 8 months after we received the Nespresso, the machine started to leak we contacted the company and they sent us a box so that we could ship it out and get it repaired. This took approximately 3 weeks. They sent us a replacement Nespresso machine because they said the other machine could not be fixed. The machine they sent us back was, aesthetically not as nice as the one that I had purchased. But, if it works then that's okay. Three months after we got the replacement machine it started to leak. We contacted the company and the company basically said they couldn't do anything for us. They had already fixed the original machine and that was all they were going to do. Think about it, the coffees themselves are expensive. I will never use Nespresso again and I will recommend everyone that I know not to purchase a Nespresso
Placed my first online order, what a mistake! I called after 4 days because I had not yet received a conformation from them but the money was taken from my paypal account. I waited on the phone for 50 minutes. I was told that yes they had received the payment for the order but they don't send confirmation until the order goes out. I asked how much longer because I had company coming on the weekend. They said it would be at least another week before my order would go out because of the high order demand. Absolutely ridiculous... for a refund you actually have to wait for your order to come and then return it. The reason I ordered online was so I wouldn't have to deal with the mall craziness and it turns out I have to go any not to mention putting out even more money for another order.
Manufacturer's Websites should provide everything you need to accomplish the purchase of and tracking of their shipped products. When the Website loses it's ability to function, Management should fix it pronto! I placed an order via phone on December 1st, since the website was not functioning. I am still waiting for my order which my cc was charged. I am rerouted to another link to track the shipped order. Everyday the delivery date is pushed out another day. What is going on? I called on Dec 10th, after waiting for 30 minutes, my call was finally answered. Wow! 30 minutes. I was told I would receive my order the next day Dec 11 by 11AM. It did not arrive. Again the tracking says one more day. I am extremely frustrated. Coffee can be purchased from one of their boutiques, but I thought online would be quicker. I have ordered online several times before w/o any issues. However, things have changed and not for the better. The coffee is good, but not worth the anxiety and frustration.
I've had my machine a little over a year (yes out of the year warranty) however they do nothing to try and guarantee a happy customer experience. Basically I can pay $125 to have the machine repaired Vertuo line. Or I get 35% off a new one, which isn't a bargain seeing as I can go to Bed Bath and Beyond right now and get the same one for $100 because it's on sale. I've spoken to the reps 3 times today on the phone and have gotten no where. They truly do not care about the customer just about how much money they can get. A company like Keurig stands behind their product *******% and delivers exceptional customer service. Yet this "high end" brand doesn't stand behind anything. With that said I have been on hold for 20 mins not waiting to speak to a supervisor.
Our $300 Nespresso machine broke after less than 3 mths. First they said we had to descale it, which was an obvious stalling tactic. We'd made ~100 coffees in the 10wks since buying it, and even the manual says 300 capsule before a descale. Then we had to wait for a full day 9am-5pm for a pick-up. (No other company I know of is that disorganised.) So my partner took the day off work. The courier never showed. We called the next day, and they had no record of the courier being booked. Now - already $300, a box of wasted pods, a descale kit, and a day of work down the hole - they've told us we have to pack and ship the machine back to them. More time. More expense. So when I went to write a review, I found the same story happening with Nespresso around the world. What the actual hell?
Where do I begin? Returning capsules reminds me of returning contraband to the privately owned Putin's warehouse. No return information online, you dial customer service number and get an advice to donate capsules to someone whose machine hasn't broken. Customer service Ghandi spelled it out to me thinking it is a language barrier - do-na-te. Since obviously $100 worth of extravaganza coffee will energize the needy with the appropriate $250 coffeemaker. Then you pay for your return and wait a month (!) for it because it takes forever to reach warehouse in New Jersey.
The return address is also something kept in secret because God forbid coffee drinkers will have it freely available on their website. Coffee missionaries will flood New Jersey coffee Mecca aka Nespresso warehouse. Customer service representative hastily dictates to you from what it sounds like a bulletproof chamber and almost have a stroke when you try to repeat it back " Yes, like I said, just like I said, Randolph's Avenue in Avenel" as if that address doesn't sound like one demographic lie.
Also if your sorry coffee-deprived hands opened "the sleeve", tried one capsule, found it tasting like poison, well, donate, like she said, to the enemy (my suggestion) since it is disqualified for return.
Never in my life did I wish I could just stomach Folger's drip coffee and called it a day. But last time I drank Folger's Britney was drinking Pepsi and hugging pythons. Alas.
Coffee is unbeatable. One of the best coffee you can get in the world. Great customer service, fast free shipping. Reasonable prices. Once you try it you wont like to drink anything else in your life.
I like the Nespresso coffee capsules, but their customer service is very poor. Twice already they sent me the wrong product. When I attempted to find out the problem, I was frequently disconnected, and never got an answer.
I spend in excess of $1,000/year on these pods, so you'd think they'd care if an order doesn't make it to its destination. Not really. A $130 order was lost - the best they would offer is groundship - another 5 days. Actually, you can buy pods from their competitors more cheaply, and with better customer service, which I pointed out to no avail. Hey Nespresso: Ya lost another customer!
Placed an order which was to be delivered the following day. Point of origin is less than 100 miles from my house. It is the end of day 5 and I am still waiting. Called customer service and the solution the representative offered was to cancel my original order, re-place with another order to arrive by a different delivery service that I would pay more for and wait "only" another 4 days... oh and the promotion of 1 free sleeve would no longer be available to me. The coffee isn't worth this aggravation and crappy customer service. Nespresso clearly does not value their customers so I have no further use for them
Yummy Flavour Coffee with very good Smell and gives you warm comfort, Starting Morning with NesPresso coffee make engertic. I love Nespresso Coffee very much.
This company sends an email with an offer at 9am and by 10am customer service is hiding behind terms and conditions and indicating it is no longer available. Totally ridiculous. Coffee is crazy expensive, deals are not available and horrible customer service.
What a rip off! My machine stopped working out of the blue. After 40 minutes of time wasted "troubleshooting" and speaking to an associate and supervisor I was told to basically wait one week for a loaner and to ship my machine out to them for fixing. Fast forward 1 week, I call to check on the status and apparently my request was never put in. So waste another 45 minutes speaking to Quentin who had no idea what he was doing, my request has finally been placed. Not to mention another 25 minutes I wasted speaking to supposed supervisor "Latoya". I don't understand how Nespresso justifies having such horrible customer service with the prices they charge for their product. I would give half a star if possible.
I have enjoyed my lattes from day one. I look forward to them every morning.
I have been a customer for years. Their coffee is expensive. Really expensive.
Their rare deals are a joke. They give you one sleeve if you buy 15?! That's the best you can do for long time customers? I will enjoy this machine until it stops working. I will never buy another. I'm incredibly disappointed in the customer service and the loyalty to return customers. Their machines are expensive already. They can afford to give the consumer a better break on their pods from time to time. Shame on them.
Did not get an order on time; as a matter I spent over $50 just go get the order sent on time. It got sent to the wrong side of the State. After still not getting the order, I cancelled it via phone call. They told me that it would take 30 days to get a credit. Is that how they treat a 10+ year customer? I call that intimidation. I called today and they did receive the order back on the 10th and the rep said again, it could take up to 30 days for credit. No way to do business; there must be something going on in that corporation. Too bad but I ordered 120 capsules from another company at half the price and I'm just if not more happier. Be aware is all
After placing my order, of 100 capsules to get free delivery. I awaited delivery, when it didn't arrive I contacted customer service, they didn't seem that bothered telling me it would probably be the next day, after several emails I cancelled the order. No apologise. I then ordered my coffee from l"or website fantastic service. Nespresso have poor customer service, and need to inform customers if delivery has been delayed. Would not recommend.
I come from a family who drinks a lot of coffee and espresso. I currently have the ninja coffee maker and the nespresso. I bought the $250 combo pack of the nespresso machine and milk frother. After just a few uses the machine started to brew inside and would not have the espresso come out of the spout. I called customer service and they walked me though cleaning the machine. I stated to them the machine was only used a few times but went through with the tedious cleaning process. After that did not work the woman stated it is a problem internally. She then said we no longer fix that machine so you'll have to buy a new one. So, after wasting $250 I know have a machine that doesn't work and can't even be fixed! What a ripoff! She then asked me if I wanted to purchase a new machine. Why in the world wouldI ever buy a nespresso again? I would not recommend there machines to anyone and will never purchase one again!
Answer: Very easy! Will they get your issues solved or do anything at all to help you resolve or fix your issue or even keep your business? No. Absolutely not. In fact I don't even suggest you waste your time. You might as well call there customer service line in a language you don't even speak. Will they promise you one thing and then do the opposite yes. Will they spend several calls which are several minutes to hours long asking you to do the same trouble shooting steps over and over only to tell you that they are sorry but your machine is not fixable and you have to buy a new machine after already spending a couple hundred on the machine just one year prior to it breaking down you bet they will! But at least they offer you a discount on a new one! Even though your local department store is always offering a better discount then that of which they are offering. So in short do not waste your time or energy or sanity and just go buy another any other machine not made by Nespresso and save your self any future disappointment.
