Very bad customer service shoes department those people they don't know what are doing. Tatiana is horrible, she need to learn take the ownership, very bad never again.
Found the perfect gown at Neiman Marcus for my daughtef's wedding thks coming 1st week of November. The gown needs alteration amd the saleslady recommended their Alteration Manager to do the work. She said she is very good and called her. The Alteration Manager said its easy work and that she can do it. After a week she called me to come for measurement. It's an hour away without traffic from where I lived, so I drove on the day she told me. When I got there, she said she cannot accomodate me and to come back the next day. So we're already talking of 4 hours drive round trip for 2 consecutive days. After 2 weeks, they called me to do the fitting. I got in the store with my daughter and they brought me the gown. When I tried it, they cut the hem way to short that even I wear flat shoes, it's still short. In addition, beads ard missing, waistline crooked. In short, the gown is beyond repair. I cannot even find a replacement. The aggravation, anxiety and frustration is so bad.
They offered refund but I think they could have done better with all the stressed we've gone through
Neiman Marcus customer service is horrible for online! My first order I never received it even though it said delivered. So I called them the filed a claim told me it would take 3 days. Took way longer than that and for them to tell me they couldn't refund me. Because the carrier took of picture of the item in front of my house. Ok how do you guys know that was my home? I wouldn't lie just to get a refund if I got the item. Or maybe someone took it but I was not about to let you all have $230 of my money for an item I didn't have. I had to file a complaint to get it back. My second order that I ordered right after that one that came a couple of days later. Was defected and was leaking everywhere. To the point we had to throw it away well neiman marcus said the only way I would get a refund. Is if I let FedEx pick up the item and send them a picture. The stuff was leaking everywhere I wasn't keeping that. And the nearest neiman marcus to me is over an hour away. Like you guys are a joke I will never shop with you all again!
I placed two separate orders with next day delivery. BOTH times the orders never shipped out until several phone calls and text messages and four days later. Once they did ship Neiman Marcus did not ship express. It was standard mail. So the item I needed by a certain date arrived two weeks later. I will never ship at Neiman Marcus again. I have never been so dissatisfied with customer service. Horrible. I wouldn't be surprised if they have to close within 7-10 years because they miss the mark with upscale service.
I have been waiting 8 days from the date given for my furniture to be delivered. Paid $250 for a white glove delivery (no option) but unable to schedule a date and time. They sent an email last week and because I didn't respond right away, the delivery date was given to another customer. I explained that my job as an attorney doesn't allow me access to my mail or answer calls when I'm in Court. Even now I'm been told that a truck might be in the area, they will have to check. This is unacceptable and from reading the reviews, a refund would be just as aggravating. Last time ordering from them for sure!
My mom is the kindest most generous woman I know. When she bought the LA Mer cream from neiman marcus, she was elated. After putting a dap on her face and the eye serum under her eyes, her face has a really bad reaction to the cream. I brought it back to neiman and asked if they could exchange it for another product, the manager Tracy says NO. My mom spends m-f From 3pm-6pm volunteering an after school program which she loves. She would have the best time with the 4 and 5 years old. She would teach them mandarin verbally and in written form. She reads them children stories in Chinese. The kids would take turn reading children stories to her in English. She teach them calligraphy, tai-chi, and how to use the abacus. She brings food in so no children would go home hungry. The parents of the children also have my mom's cell phone so if they are late in picking up the kids, she would keep them company. The only vanity my mom has is like lady cream and lotion when she could afford it. Now we will wait and see when she can go back to the after school program. Those kids give her so much life and energy for a 75 y. O. lady. She misses them and don't want them to see her in her present condition. The kids love her and vice versa
Worst customer service, terribly slow shipping times, return process for international buyers is a nightmare, more than 4 weeks since my return package was sent and still no return/refund processed. After i followed up with them (after 3 weeks of them having my return package) they said i need to allow another 30 days for the return to processed. 30 DAYS! This is a major online retailers and this is the worst return process i have ever dealt with. They hold on to your money and don't process returns - almost convinced its a scam. They want you to forget about your refund. Dont bother. NETAPORTER and FARFETCH far more premium destinations to shop. I would NEVER shop with Neiman Marcus ever again.
Do not order from NM if you want your items quick! The worst shipping ever - even using Shoprunner does not help!
The worst experience ever. For a high end retail store the customer service is by far the Worst I've ever dealt with. Absolutely disappointing.
NM service is horrible for their prices! I tried purchasing an item but had issues with their website. 3 times I enter in my CC info and their website just kicks it back. So I called customer service. He apologized and placed the order for me, and mentioned he would expedite the shipping to overnight for my troubles, so I should get it by Sept 1. He ordered it on Aug 30th. On Sept 1, their website is still showing processing. So I call and speak to rep#2. The female rep tells me, my order was placed, but it's not set for overnight shipping, to which I tell her, that Rep#1 told me he would expedite shipping. Now Rep#2 tells me that she will change it to overnight shipping and I should get it by Sep2. Sept 2 passes, and nothing. I waited till Sept 7, which was the original expected date of delivery when the order was placed on Aug 30th. So I called and talk to Rep# 3. Who confirmed my item has not yet shipped, but that I should get it by tomorrow. ( i told her I heard that same story from the previous two reps, yet it never happened). The same thing, she apologized and said she will send a note to the shipping area. Upon this, I was so frustrated, knowing I probably won't get it by tomorrow. I researched NM customer service and noticed, that everyone, is having issues with them. Back in the day, when I order an item at NM, the rep would send me an email with their face picture on it, asking for feedback on their service. I thought that was a nice perk, considering NM is not a cheap-priced dept store. Now, they are no different than any other store, except for the high-end prices. So I looked around, and Nordstrom is selling the same item but $10 cheaper. I really don't care about saving $10. If I know my item ordered will arrive tomorrow, but I really don't think I will get it by tomorrow. This is not why I canceled my order with NM and ordered with Nordstrom. I won't be shopping at Neiman Marcus anymore. Too much hassle.
Do not buy this machine, it broke 3 times in 10 months with minimal use, one time catching on fire. The worst thing is that Neiman Marcus Customer service, requests payment for service calls - while the machine is on warranty.
Fantasy Gifts: *******@neimanmarcus.com is avoiding calls, customer service managers are equally unimpressive in their offer to help. I am not stuck with fully paid liability.
If you really want this vending machine, get it from a no name vendor for 10th of a price. Check out Alibaba

I am posting your practice of offering products at sale prices and then cancelling the order on my social media. I called your Customer service and was promised a overnight shipment and then promised the item shall be shipped and then I receive the cancellation. I called Customer Service again and spoke with Rose and she politely said that the order is cancelled.
I have shopped for over $1700 products from your store but enough of being taken for a ride. I am returning back all your goods tomorrow.

I ordered 2 designer sandals and 2 shoes. 2 of them were cancelled, but when I ordered them online, it said on the website that there were 2 pairs remaining. And btw, I haven't gotten my money back. The other 1 is back order and the one for my husband was an Off white brand sneakers which we had to return. We received 2 right foot shoes with 2 different sizes. One was so dirty and used, and the other one was brand new.
I ordered something was to be delivered by 6-15 for bday... it wasnt... they don't care... I ask for refund... still waiting... hard earned money should not be spent here... co is a joke
On 06/05/22 I ordered a pair of Versace pink sandals for my girlfriend. I ordered over the phone they took the order and cc payment, I even paid for next day delivery but the sandals never arrived, I called Neiman Marcus customer service department and apparently the company they use for delivery did picked up the order placed a tracking number but my order was never delivered, Apparently now customer service is saying every trace of my order has disappeared from their system even the tracking number. The gift was a anniversary present to my disappointment I nothing to give to her. 1st and last time I will ever order anything from Neiman Marcus. I only selected 1 star to be able to submit my review
I ordered my son a Versace shirt and shoes for his birthday I paid for 2 day shipping and was supposed to receive the shoes on the 7th. I had to call them because there was no update online, only to be told they had to verify the address so it just shipped. Brian said he was refunding my shipping and the shoes would be delivered next day which was the 8th. I called back in the 9th because still no shoes, only to be told that the shoes just shipped and I will get them on the 13th which is to late because his bday is on the 11th. So i ask for a supervisor who said she will try to contact fedex to have delivered the morning of the 11th but I never heard from her. Just called back and an answering service picked up and she stated that a call back is up to 24 hours, but the supervisor never stated this time frame. I am so pissed! They are supposed to be so high end and upscale but they are far from it, even the workers are far from upscale. Then the shirt came late but at least it came. It was dropped off by someone in their personal truck. No type of wrapping or Versace box just a shirt folded up in a box with a big $#*! tag on the back that looks like someone just stitched on each side with a Neiman Marcus tag. This is not upscale the fake stuff at least has packaging. I will never shop here again. They apologize but that's part of their customer service script to show empathy they don't give a damn. Nobody is trying to rectify the situation they have a, o well I apologize attitude for their monitored calls.
I have been a customer for more than 2 decades, the service is declining tremendously.

This is something new to me, I am very desappointed.
Sometimes it takes me a little while to make a decision about certain purchases. I enjoy being able to shop in a brick and mortar store, try on a product before I purchase it, and have the convenience of making returns in person. With Neiman Marcus I can shop in the store but not feel forced to make a purchase right then and there. I can try on something for size and touch the product to feel for quality and then I can go home and make my purchase online! This works perfectly for me! And, if I change my mind, I can easily take my purchase in to the store for return or exchange.
The don't have the most accessible or user friendly website and the online deals are few and far between. It doesn't rival the experience of shopping in-store. I would much rather visit a brick and mortar store. It is a much more pleasurable experience.
I ordered a make up. When it finally arrive through fed ex, box arrive but the bag was stolen from inside. The delivery driver took it. I call for another and claim was denied. I wouldn't go through all this to get another bag that was only 20 dollars. So now they are refusing to replace and/or refund.
Answer: The y claim to expedite shipping then dont. They steal l and can't be trusted
