I personally suggest pls dont book through merm holidays. Very bad experience and hopeless service right from pick up from airport to last drop..
In case you cancell or your visa is rejected they charge huge amount, which is exhorbitant. Get from them in writing and very clearly the amount of cancellation and nothing will be charged extra. The boss is also very Rude person. Also better to get visa first and then book with them
The Tour Manager was Great, Fantastic Group Travelers together, Good Tour Guide, Giving good time to explore on own too, that makes more interesting, easy tour time, starts day from 10 to 10, and not hurry bury with getting up at 6 etc, it was overall good experience.
We were so happy with our first tour to japan, that we had a second tour of Russia and have planned a 3rd tour also with them, Neem gives excellent deals, without compromising on their quality.
I had traveled with Neem Holidays in their Russia tour in August 2019. Overall it was a torture. (a) After 11 hours of air travel when all were dead tired, they did not take us to hotel, but for 8 hours of site seeing in Moscow. (b) Similarly after 9 hours of slow train journey from Moscow to St. Petersburg they took us not to hotel but for sight seeing for 4 hours, before we landed in hotel past midnight. The hotels provided were of low class (No Wi-Fi in St. Petersburg Hotel). Too much of time wasting and time killing and less site seeing. The Indian dinners were most frugal in cheap restaurants. Overall a bad experience. I will never go with them again
Dad and I share a great love for exploring new places. So, for his birthday I decided to take this tour so that we would get some daughter-father time too. Believe me, not only the organization and management, but the food was bountiful. We are surely carrying baggage full of memories with us! Cheers Neem holidays!
Just am Back from the Jewels of Europe organized by Neem Holidays, the places were Marvelous and enjoyed with my hubby and my son. The Sparkling white snows covering the Hills and Roads becomes the high light of the entire picture. I suggest you must try the Jewels of Europe once with Neem Holidays. The guides are super cool and knowledgable. Thank you.
Been Holidays office staff is is very poor in listening to the suggestions of travelers. In order not commit anything, they do not reply to e-mails. Me. Agarwal, did not have time for customers. Our Japan trip was NOT planned properly. We were told 3 star hotels but in reality two hotels weren't even 2 star. Vegetarian Breakfasts & lunches were not attended to properly. Our time was lost in traveling by bus which could have been saved if we were travel (with little extra money) by flight, bullet train or metro. I would rate Neem Holidays ZERO (0).
We book trip in month of july 2018 for wonders of europe through Mr. Siddharh neem sales executive.
We pay full payment. Our travelling date is 5th may 209. After all the procedure has been done. We are very happy to travel europe. But few days before Ms. Suman call me & told that 5 th may departure has cancelled. Due to jet airways issie. I told her how come ot os cancelled becuse u send me details of ethiad airways. & as per my knowledge ethiad & jet airways are not same company. Then suman told that. Nahi mam hum logo ne sab passenger ko call kar ke bataya jai ki 5 th may 2019 ka trip cancelled kiya hai. Hum aapko either 30th april ya to 18th may ke departure de sakte hai. We confirm our journey in 30 th april 2019. When we reach paris i ask reception person is any group check in 5 th may. The reception girl confirme ya neem another group check in 5th may. We check swizerland, rome & italy hotel as per our earlier schedule the 5thdeparture is not cancelled & tje neem person making us full.
Even there hotel department incharge mr. Amit hande also fake person. As per itinery they provide us paris boat cruise. When we are in paris we call amit hande he avoid & say it is mistake in neem side that they mention paris boat cruise.& cut the phone.
Neem holidays packages are cheap than other travels so every body want to go. But there staff is unprofessional & non trustworthy.
We had a great holiday in Switzerland this February, our guide Mr. Gopal is excellent with his behaviour and knowledge. The Hotel provided was fantastic with lovely service and tasty foods especially cholermus. Charming snow falls and delight climate which makes Switzerland the perfect place to visit. And the cost for tour was absolutely low with Neem holidays. Will again plan our tour with Neem Holidays.
Excellent. Five star rating. Completed Japan Tour (11- March to 19 march 2019.). Absolutely enjoying tour. Tour manager Madam Dipti and Japanese tour escort, Madam Fuji, both well experienced and highly co-operative. All sight seeing comfortably covered. Hotels are really good. Though they are 3star hotels, but as per our Indian standard they are equal to five star hotels. Room size is moderate only in Tokyo, in other cities rooms are large. Special care for vegetarian, non veg. And even Jain foods. You get Indian sweet " JALEBI" in Japan. Special care is taken for senior citizens. They understand senior citizens limitations. Best value for your hard earned money. Excellent for escorted and group tour. I would love to travel with Neem regularly in future. Happy holidays are here again!
It was a pleasant tour of Japan with Neem Holidays. Had never experienced such a beautiful trip... It was like dreams come true. The service provided was like never before. This is the best travel tour agency. I must say. They provide everything that is mention in their packages and mostly care is taken. Will surely recommend to people to tour with Neem Holidays only.
I loved the entire trip of Wonderful Europe, Beautiful places with yummy foods. The hotel room provided by Neem Holidays was fantastic. My whole family enjoyed the entire trip. And the cost is affordable, which worth value for each penny. Thanks to Neem Holidays for this unforgettable Holiday.
I had booked a tour for glimpses of Europe and paid the advance too. When I went to give my passport for visa, they told me it's been rescheduled for another date as the earlier date they didn't have many members. The next date was given 45 days later! Initially they refused to refund my deposit as I canceled it. But on visiting their office at goregaon n fighting, I got my advance amount back. I inquired with d group later that went for 7days to Paris. They all complained that it's better to pay a bit more to a good travel company than to go with Neem Holidays... At the same time, they really messed up their tour to Australia too. All families were made to wait full night in d hotel lobby as d hotel woudnt allow them in their rooms as money had not been paid. Their entire trip was a disaster!
Don't get misled by the Neem Holidays ads playing on prime time national TV. We did - to our regret. They jack up prices, lack any transparency and do not have basic communication skills or courtesy. NOT recommended.
