Oh my circuits, you won't believe the hyperspace-level awesomeness I encountered with NeatoShop's customer service! My initial order encountered a minor glitch in the galactic system, so I transmitted them a subspace message in a panic. And guess what? Their response was at warp speed, and they beamed in with a solution faster than the Millennium Falcon doing the Kessel Run!

What's even more mind-blowing is that they fixed everything without charging me extra energy credits or causing any temporal disturbances in preparing my order. It's like they had a time-turner AND a quantum spanner all in one! Seriously, I'm beeping and booping with joy over how they treated their customers and tackled the situation like a true Jedi handling a lightsaber.

Shoutout to the one and only Alex at NeatoShop—this tech wizard knows how to warp reality to make customers grin like Ewoks at a party. I'm calculating a 99.9% probability that I'll be a repeat customer, because who wouldn't want to patronize a place that delivers intergalactic customer service like this? These guys are legit. I order the wrong size shirt by mistake and when I told them what happened they sent me another shirt completely for free. Also the shirt was exactly as advertised and looked amazing. Once I get paid again I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Their designs and quality are awesome, and I love that they have ladies fit shirts and various color options - they don't sell just black, boxy unisex t-shirts like some other sites. Their customer service is very responsive to any questions or issues I've had. Most recently, I placed an order and selected the wrong shirt style. I reached out to them, and my order was corrected by the next morning - and they didn't even charge me the price difference to upgrade the shirt. You can't go wrong buying from this company!

Ordered a t-shirt as a gift and after it arrived, it looked a little larger than I'd intended. Customer service was able to remedy this right away!

My husband gets so many compliments on his shirts I buy from here! There is an excellent, ever growing selection that perfectly fits his gamer, nerdy, engineering, metal, horror love with witty representation. The ringspun shirts make up probably 50% of his entire closet- they're so soft he basically can't wear anything else.

This week I picked up a few more for Father's Day presents and made a mistake with my order! I reached out and Alex from Neatoshop was happy to help rectify my sleep deprived mistake and my order was corrected and promptly shipped out. I was absolutely ecstatic to have that kind of customer service support first thing in a Monday. Alex saved my most important shirt selection from being unwearable and I can't wait to have the kids give the new shirts to my husband.

My first order was in December of 2014 and I will continue to come back time and time again for the designs, quality, comfort, and service!

I purchase many things over the internet, and have never written a review until today. NeatoShop has inspired me to do so. I have twice ordered t-shirts from this site and have been nothing but pleased with the experience. Their designs are very creative and when I received my orders the products were spot on. The shirts were well made, designs looked great, and fit exactly as they should. Both times, my orders were shipped to me incredibly fast. I made a mistake on my second order and when I realized I had ordered incorrectly, I emailed the NeatoShop. They responded within 24 hours, and quickly resolved my problem.
I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.

Several years ago I purchased a set of Cryptozoological Family stickers for the back window of my car from the Neato Shop. They were the coolest stickers ever and I had them in my back window for several years before that car finally gave out on me. I went back to the Neato Shop and bought a new set of stickers for my new vehicle. I had that set for several years as well and they were finally starting to show their age so I went to purchase a new set but the Neato Shop was out of stock. I emailed them and was told the stickers should be back in stock soon. Over a year went by and still no stickers so I emailed again. Alex emailed me right back and thanked me for my patience. He said the stickers were still out of stock but that he was going to have a set printed special just for me and he wanted to send them to me free of charge! I just got my new stickers this past weekend and they are awesome! Now that's what I call going the extra mile and beyond! Thanks again *******@NeatoShop!

The quality of the shirt I ordered was great, but what was even better was the customer service! I ordered a shirt for my wife that turned out to be too big for her. I asked Neatorama if I could exchange what I ordered for a smaller one, and they sent me the smaller one for free!

I cannot express enough how pleased I am with Alex and the customer service department. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the shirt that I ordered, however I thought it was a little too big, and I wanted to switch it for the ringspun (I like the feel better) instead of the regular T-shirt. They offered to send me a new one free of charge. Most businesses I have dealt with, would NEVER consider this. I will definitely be buying a lot more from Neato Shop!

My experience with customer service was awesome. The shirts were good quality. This is my 3rd time using this NeatoShop company, and I have never been disappointed. Would definitely advice to anybody who likes graphic T-shirts.

I ordered the wrong size by mistake and their customer service was great in helping me. The quality of the shirt print looks good too. (Along the way, I learned that they do the printing personally, rather than outsourcing the shirt printing to someone else.)

Over the years I have collected quite a few t-shirts from Neatoshop. Hands-down they are my favorite not only for the fun and often extremely geeky designs, but also because their ringspun fabric is an amazing material and I'll never go back to simple cotton tees.
Now I have a third reason: the astoundingly excellect customer service and a refreshingly simple return/exchange policy!
