I was going on a trip to universal halloween horror nights with my brother and we found the perfect Beetlejuice shirts to wear from this store. When I ordered, they had a sale going on and had an influx of orders. When I was afraid of the shirts not arriving on time, I emailed them and their customer service was amazing! They put my order to the front of the print queue and upgraded to priority shipping, all of which they didn't need to do! I have already found several other shirts I will be ordering and have told all my friends!
I have ordered many shirts through the site. I made my own blunder with the order and the customer service worked with me and fixed my order. I will be ordering with them again
Awesome indie store offering a HUGE selection of amazing, unique graphic tees and other merchandise. AMAZING quality. You will NOT be disapointed. And, they have FANTASTIC customer service.
I ordered shirts for an event I had and when I reached out to double check when they would ship, Alex was kind enough to offer to check my order and upgrade my shipping to make sure I had them in time. I am super appreciative of it, love my shirts and would 100% recommend Neatoshop and would there again.
Been shopping here for last few years. If you love any of video games/comics/nerdy things like I do the designs are fantastic. The tshirts are all top quality. Even shirts I bought more than 3 years ago still look good after many washes. If that wasn't enough, the customer service is exemplary. Only once have I ever had a potential problem with delivery despite living in the UK (turns out it wasn't a problem at all, it was just a courier being idiotic) and all my queries and questions were answered straight away. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Great variety of choices and quality printing on quality tees. Prompt service and nice incentive with neato bucks. I love Neato Shop.

Print quality is exceptional, and colors are vibrant and really pop. The prints are also large and fill the shirt, unlike other shirt sites I've tried.

I was expecting an order of a shirt prior to my move out date on an apartment rental, and it didn't happen due to back ups at NeatoShop. I explained the situation to them, saying I'd be out of the apartment before the shirt arrived and politely asked for a refund. Alex at NeatoShop not only offered to send another shirt to my new address in another city but also offered a bonus shirt for the inconvenience. Unparalleled customer service like I haven't received in years! Definitely recommend and will shop again.
Couldn't be happier with my dealings with NeatoShop. From their helpfulness in customizing an existing design, to their delivery of the rush order prior to when it was needed, to the quality of the shirts which are the best I've seen, everything about the process totally rocked. Will definitely be ordering from them again next time we need shirts!

I ordered a shirt from these guys to see how it fit, which it did greatly once I got it. Unfortunately someone stole the package and I found the discarded envelope and packing slip. I spoke with Alex who quickly had another shirt printed for me and shipped out immediately to my work address. Got the shirt, the print looked great, it washed nice with no fading. Very happy with my purchase will be making another purchase in the next few weeks. :)
I received the t-shirt perfectly in line with what was declared. It' very nice! The customer service is very helpful.
Its always scary ordering stuff online but this store is awesome. Ive bought $100+ and still buying... LOL. They have more designs than any other store and they use a really nice Ringspun shirt way way better than Gilden. The graphics are light so you don't feel like your e walking around with a piece of melted plastic on your chest all day. Bottom line way cooler designs, cool customer service and way better quality than anything from Hot Topic or Amazon.
I've ordered from here before and never had an issue. This last order was horrible. I contacted them and they said "just wash it". But I can tell by the shiny spots on the shirts this isn't right
I had a great experience with the customer service they responded quickly and accepted a switch of a t-shirt with no additional cost even from France were shipment cost are more expensive.
The quality of the shirts is great.

I inquired about my shipping on 4 shirts I had purchased, scared that it wouldn't arrive in time for a convention I was going to. I was answered timely, and had my questions and worries resolved quickly. I'm very pleased so far with this shirt shop and cannot wait for my purchases to be here.
I received a gift from a friend, a hoodie with a zipper, when I got the original shipment the print was faded where the zipper was so I contacted customer service and they sent me a brand new pullover with a GREAT print! It was so quick and painless, I got the new pullover it two days!
I Recommend this site to those who likes unique quality shirts, their service was awesome. I needed my order by a certain date and got it in time. Customer service responds very fast on any questions you have regarding an order. So if u want a great shirt shop at neatoshop!
So, as a customer from Germany there was a small issue regarding my order. Always a bit problematic, but the customer service was very nice and on top of the game. With a lot of information, which didn't feel like an automated answer, the shirt I ordered arrived a couple days later. I'm definitely gonna buy from them again, rarely felt that appreciated by a shop. 10/10 would by again.
NeatoShop is a print-on-demand service like no other. They have their own proprietary print process and meticulous quality control which means the printing on the shirts and other merchandise has better clarity and color than pretty much every other print-on-demand service I've seen. Even some of the sites which do screen printing can't match them. They have a nice support system for helping the artists promote by giving them free stickers to hand out to fans and that sort of thing. They may not have as many items as some places, but what they have is top-notch. Plus, there are no color limits and there's no need to format for screen printing or working in a limited spot color palette. You send them your art in all its full color glory and they do their very best to make it look awesome when it's printed. The quality is such that some artists and shirt designers are using NeatoShop exclusively when ordering their items for convention and festival sales. Prices are decent and artists can now use their new drop-ship program to fulfill orders for places like EBay, Etsy and Amazon in addition to keeping a shop on NeatoShop itself. They are really very dedicated to doing the absolute best for the artists who do business with them.
