We'll to start off natural life is full of mean girls. I've never felt more judged than being around the people who work for natural life. Lastly, this is not a brand you should support. I know someone that works on the inside that casually showed me the ideas they were stealing from small brands and making their own. It's so disgusting how a brand preaches about peace and love when they are so genuinely terrible :/ Patty do better.

Just received my order! Everything what I expected, beautiful colors, true to size. Shipped in a week. Love my dresses and a skirt. I will definitely order again! Than you!

I ordered gifts for a few friends, and they were really unique, and my friends loved them. I decided to order one of the short tunic dresses to wear with jeans as a top. The color looked like a bright spring green, very nice for the warmer season coming up. When it arrived, the color was more of a drab olive, and the dress was huge. I immediately send it back. I was charged both ways for shipping, so on a $62 order, I got about $47 back! If the color was accurate, I would have kept the item. I wrote twice with no reply to ask if they would refund the return shipping because the description did not match how it looked in person. The reply did not go to junk mail or anything, just no reply. I will not order again ever.

I fell in love with the site and all the cute items they have for young girls. It was Christmas so I'll splurge I ordered over $1000 worth of Christmas for my granddaughters, nieces and a couple of items for myself. Oh, I bought a multi colored sweater for my stylist. She loved it and it was $100. She still gets compliments on it. Luckily my clothes fit. But my granddaughters clothes, some fit some didn't. Yes, I read the description on all items. You must know these are boutique prices.
After Christmas some of the clothes I bought for my granddaughters needed returning/exchanging. Lesson learned. The only reason I will not be ordering from them is because of the cost per ITEM... not per ORDER... to return or exchange. Most companies as long as you exchange you don't have to pay to exchange the item. My granddaughters were very happy with the pillows, throws and small (tiny) trinkets. Everything is over priced but that's where the Boutique pricing comes in. I do like their totes they sell. I used them to put all their gifts in. The girls and mom's like them too! So order what you plan on keeping. Here's a tip...The kitchen towels are not towels their cut pieces of thin fabric. I kept them, put them in the girls bags and they hung them on their bedroom wall because of the cute sayings, lol.

The clothes are well-made and descriptions are accurate however, as a first time buyer, I followed their size chart the first time and all the items were a bit big. I exchanged them for the next size down and they were a bit small. I was charged $10.70 for the exchange (which should have been free) and another $9.30 for the final return. I paid $20 just to try the garments on! I will never order from this company again as it has left me with a very bad feeling.

I ordered the Backrest Pillow Vintage Floral. It came in a 2 inch width 3 foot long box. I took it out and tried to fluff it and even threw it in fluff on the dryer and what a light piece of junk. It's not as good as a pillow. VERY disappointed and played havoc getting it vacuumed back into this dumb box to send back. WOW

I have ordered 3 dresses from them. I am older so I were a tee underneath my spaghetti strap dresses. I can't tell you the amount of compliments I get on these dresses. Dressed up or down, they are perfect. These dresses are great for the warm Florida days as well as the steamy humid periods in New England.

I've been pleased with my purchases so far... I have bought 5 dresses. They are bohemian styles so yes, they are a roomy/flowy style fit. I haven't had any trouble with deliveries and I've been pleased with the quality. I like that they're made in US and not in China.

I bought 2 dresses from the web site based on the reviews on their web site, wish I looked at reviews outside of that. I wrote review for 2 dresses, which were hideous and way over sized, and they took them down the next day. They take down all the bad ones and only keep the good ones so they're controlling the reviews. I don't know if I believe any of the good ones. Total liers!

They're hasn't been one item that I haven't been happy with. I love their stuff. My issue is staying thin enough to continue wearing the clothes. My issue, not theirs.

Absolutely no instructions. No way to contact seller. No paperwork of any kind. Will NEVER order anything from this company.

This has been the worst online ordering experience! I ordered off an instagram add using a discount code. I paid $67.93 for a really cute dress only to find, when it arrived, quality that rivaled Walmart. Cheap, thin and not at all justifying the price tag. I decided to return mostly because the fit was too big. I had to pay to return it - which I did in early February. Today is June 23rd and I JUST RECEIVED MY REFUND! Of course, they didn't refund my shipping plus I had to pay return shipping so I basically just paid around $15 to try on a dress.

I usually wear small but after reading reviews order xs and still everything fits like a tent. Then they charge $7.90 per item, not per order, for returns. Rip off!

I was sent an email with a free shipping code which stated "Free shipping on everything, No minimum... just use the Promo Code at checkout!". When I got to the checkout and entered the code, it said it was not valid for the items in my cart. I contacted the company about it, because I figured it was an error. I read the small print, the code was supposedly still valid, but they did nothing for me and were fine with just losing the sale. The reality is, this is a classic bait and switch tactic. They are dishonest and the products I received in the past take ages to arrive and are of very poor quality. Stay away from this company. One giant headache. There are better and more honest businesses out there offering much better quality items.

Funny how "natural" life uses cheap quality polyester and rayon fabrics but charges high prices. You'd think that they would be using good quality cotton fabrics to go with the "natural" and the prices.

Natural Life clothing is everything a woman could possibly hope to find. The quality and appearance of their products are top notch. No Bait and Switch here. The return policy however, will only get you a credit towards the purchase of something else. That's not a problem however, because they have so many beautiful items.

I ordered a dress, the reviews said true to size, but when I got it it was huge! It sagged open on both sides and showed my whole bra. When I inquired about returning it, I was informed I have to pay to ship it back, and will not be refunded for the shipping I paid to get this circus tent sent to me. Completely unfair. I will never order from them again, I basically paid them 16 dollars to try on a dress that doesnt fit. Very unhappy

They are not inclusive to all sizing. Actually most of their items only go to a medium. It is pretty clear by the website that they do not care at all about people unless they are super skinny and a medium or under. It is very upsetting that they don't take the time to care about all people. And when ive contacted customer service before about my item being the wrong color, I sent a photo and everything and they were telling me that I am wrong. When clearly it was not the same color. Excuses were made and I was brushed off. I will no longer support this hateful, disgusting company and I will continue to voice my opinion on this awful company.

I will return here to this site and fully review my shipped order once it's here. Yes, like many other ladies that experienced the mid late 70's graduating from HS and starting out life... we owned the time period and started the trends of fashion at this time. I texted about the order, and man oh man. The person on the other side basically instructed me how to communicate to her./him ( attempted to correct me). We live in an age where we have to be savvy to convey correctly via texts.
Demerits to this constumer service person. Probably needs a class concerning... I will review my order and post once I receive.
I found the communication disrespectful and uneducated.

This company has great bohemian, casual, cute clothes! I've purchased several times and I have been extremely happy with each piece. Fit, material and style is exactly as described. Thanks for being an affordable place to buy comfy, adorable outfits. Kudos!
