Such fun sheets!

I just received my second order of the mix & match bed sheets, and I love them! Love the colors and patterns, and the quality is good as well. Both orders were priced well, were purchased with a great promotion, and arrived quickly and without issue. I look forward to shopping here again soon.

My Favorite Online Shop

I have ordered tons of things for gifts and myself. Havent gotten anything that i didnt love! Everything they sell is very cute and unique. Great quality too! Ive returned a couple of things due to getting a duplicate, or wrong size, and returns have always been quite easy. I have no complaints regarding this company. Repeat, repeat, and repeat customer!

I was looking at some stocking stuffers and saw that they had a Buy one Get one 40% discount on 2nd item. Also BIG BIG announcement saying FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ITEMS. Before I placed the order which is FOR EVERY OTHER VENDOR I put paypal and then NORMALLY it will give me the FINAL PRICE before I CONFIRM. I was so shocked when the order just went through and no confirmation. I disputed immediately and a rep (did not sound friendly) never mentioned I was put on AUTOPAY and the amount being charged was high because there was a shipping charge. She said minimum $100 which is not mentioned when they said FREE SHIPPING ON EVERYTHING. I asked her if I will get a confirmation letter of the order cancellation and she said within a couple of hours. Never got it so had to go directly to paypal. Natural Life, do you not believe in TRUTH IN ADVERTISING?.

I wanted to love this company. Items are cute, medium quality and a bit pricy. My last order, however took 11 days to arrive and missed a very important birthday. I reached out to customer service and asked that they consider not using UPS since they are so slow and eventually transfer to USPS anyway. Instead of kindly receiving my feedback, Joy W. The rep responded argumentatively about their policy and the number of days to delivery. Nope. Never again Natural Life.

Stay clear of this company. They come across as all Peace and Love but anything but. Inferior quality….XS sizes are X-Large. And then you have to pay $8.00 to return. Natural Life will have no life with business practices like their's. Steer clear!

I got a 50$ sweatshirt and it was poorly cut … big and square… arms 3 inches too long…. Not 100% cotton….and a tee that was also huge for the size xl and was not soft or nearly as vivid as the pictures. They were nice about processing the return…I imagine they do a lot of returns. However I was charged for the return.

I'm shocked at the rating

Someone mentioned the low rating Natural Life has and I argued that they were mistaking NL for another retailer. I'll never dismiss another's experience, but they must have made some big changes since these negative reviews were left.

My experience was a 180° from what I've just read here. I recently left a review for a skirt I purchased. Actually two of the same skirt. One for me and one for my daughter. I expressed an issue I had with one skirt. I didn't ask for anything and it was just an fyi for other shoppers. Someone from NL contacted me via email and asked if I could provide photos of what I had referred to in the review. I sent photos. I was really impressed that they wanted to see what I was talking about. Most retailers wouldn't have even noticed my review. But that wasn't the end of it. I was issued a full refund for the skirt in question. That's not all. I was also asked if I would like to return the other skirt. When I replied that I did, I was sent a return label.

I read return policies before buying. It's my responsibility as a consumer. In those rare instances where I don't read them, I accept responsibility for that, and I don't take it out on the retailer when it doesn't work in my favor. The return policies are clear. I do not expect a retailer to act outside of that policy. If I don't like the way an item fits me, and their return policy states that mailed returns are at the expense of the customer, then I expect to pay return shipping.

I used to own a boutique. Having been on the other side, I really feel like a few of these reviews are people being upset because they didn't get an exception to the store's written policies. That's just not fair to the retailer.

One of the reviews complained that their return shipping would be waived if their refund was store credit. While there are retailers that don't charge return shipping at all, it's VERY common to get an exception when you choose to get store credit. I mean...helloooo. NL is a retailer. They sell stuff. They want to sell stuff to you.

Anyway, Natural Life isn't perfect, but they do listen to their customers and they consider what they're told and have made changes where they felt the customers have had a point. You really can't ask for more.

I am impressed!

I have placed several orders with Natural Life and have not had any issues with a single thing. I have purchased curtains, bathroom rug, collapsible bins, little wooden hooks and a throw pillow. I did not order anything that was sized like clothing or bedding, so I can't speak to that. The only time I have spoken with customer service, I was completely satisfied with the representative. Shipping is not the fastest or the slowest, but I have to mention that each time I have unpacked a box from NL, everything is very nicely packaged (almost lovingly) and much care was taken when arranging items in the shipping box.
I'm not sure if the bad reviews of this company were during Covid or maybe they have replaced the old employees, but I am more than pleased with everything.

Return policy sucks

I've bought a couple of things from Natural Life. The quality is just not good. A table I purchased had fabric that was damaged upon arrival. I contacted them to return the item, but was informed it would cost me money to ship the item back. I basically had no choice but to accept credit for future purchases. It was not the full amount of the table neither. It was half the price. I have been holding on to this credit for almost two years because there's just nothing I'm interested in anymore. They no longer make furniture like items. It's mostly clothing. Reached out to them and they basically said nothing could be done. If you think about buying anything from this company, know that you're basically not going to be able to get your money back for anything if you're unhappy with it.

Terrible Return Policy

They do have really cute things and I love their products. However, I bought something that was too big. I made it all the way through the return process only to discover at the end that I would be charged the return fee. Unless, of course, I got a store credit. In this day and age, this just seems antiquated and a good way to lose customers. Now, I don't feel like shopping there anymore.

Want to love

Ordered 2 dresses, and my daughter also ordered one. I'm 5''5" and she's 5'7", so were not super short, nor super tall. According yo what the length is supposed to be according to the description is a complete fallacy. Mine were supposed to be 47.25". One was 49 and the other 52! My daughter's should've been 45.25 and was 50! Quality issue much? We have hsd to pay $30 each to have them hemmed so they're wearable. Ridiculous. Also, just because one may need a bigger size due to a bigger bust size, doesn't mean they're 4" taller than someone who might wear a smaller size. Adding length to larger sizes makes zero sense. I'm the same height now as I was 50 years ago, just filled out a bit more. I loved the dresses, just not the insane length of what should be a midi. The one actually dragged on the floor. They're fone if you're at least 5'10".

I can't afford to order again and then dish out more money to shorten the length.

Then I ordered a sheet, and what I thought was a set of pillowcases. I guess it's my fault for not reading the fine print, bit make it clearer in the description. Who orders 1 pillowcase? I have never ever ordered what wasn't 2 pillowcases. Them I had to order another and pay more shipping.

I think I am done with Natural Life after 3 out of 3 negative experiences.

Last year I bought my first Natural Life dress (the Rebecca) and I wear it all of the time getting many compliments. This year I added more pieces to my awesome collection of summer clothes.
Sometimes I have had to return an item for a different size (I am usually a Small but for 2 dresses I exchanged them for a M) but there isn't any problem, they exchange it and I do not pay for shipping in either direction. I now own a great sweater (they warned me that it would be oversized but I love it and continue to get so many compliments on it) and midi skirt (which doubles as a dress) also and have added some gift bags and terrific socks for myself and for gifts.
I am now looking forward to their Family and Friends Sale for some holiday gifts and a sweater that I have had my eye on.
All of these strange negative comments strike me as so odd...the customer service folks have been incredible, my clothings washes like a dream, I have zero complaints and love everything that I have bought for such reasonable prices.

Item never arrived - scam.

OK, I should have read the reviews on this site. Ordered $70.00 dress, They sent multiple emails detailing every step of shipping with final email celebrating the "delivery" of my package. Problem is, it was actually never delivered. Total scam. Not happy that I am out that kind of money.

What to say? Clothes are cheap and they charge for returns. I am disabled and asked if they have ups pickups as many progressive places so and they asked if I thought of asking a friend! I'm disabled I haven't had a lobotomy!

Disappointed with shipping updates

My order was supposedly shipped on June 30th. I paid over $200 for items and I am unable to track them. I am getting super frustrated and most likely going to be asking for a refund so.i can order from a site that is better about keeping customers updated on their orders. Most likely my first and last time ordering from this company.

Well shipping tracking is non existent. Placed order one week ago. I received an email stating shipped by DHL then will be handed over to USPS. Status still reads DHL is awaiting package. Called customer service; Jessica said DHL does not always scan. Previous orders came: I have an oversized floral top where the fabric is cheap and itchy. I also have patchwork bottoms which are cheaply made. I have a few nice items; too hit or miss.

Fool me once

These are the most ridiculous things I have ever bought. My first and last order included two so called dresses. Not exaggerating, they were practically two rags. Never wore once, thought about returning before read many reviews about "awful return experiences", then these very expensive rages when right to donation can. Whoever got these can put them for some other use rather than wearing them. It would be embarrassing to gift such thing to anyone. $60+ a lesson for me. How could they sell stuff like this and put something entirely different on their website?

I discovered Natural Life when I googled "mix and match sheets." I ordered so many things when I found them. I hope to own their entire collection of sheets (the more to mix and match with). I think I own their entire collection of animal mugs: sloth, unicorn, llama, etc. So many more things I want to order when I save enough money. I was born in the 60's. Keep it going NL!

Horrible quality control

I ordered a quilt from Natural Life and also some sheet sets and and shams. The sheets were fine but the quilt shrank 6 inches tow weeks later when I washed it - on cold water and low temperature exactly like the website and directions specified. Consequently, the sheets hand below the quilt. The customer service representative said I could not return it because I had washed it. She said they could not guarantee it wouldn't shrink even if I had dry cleaned it. She finally agreed to give me 50% of the price back. I love the weight and the colors and design so I then bought a King size which is listed as 104 x 96 in. Thinking if it shrank 6 inches it would still hang below the sheets. I measured it out of the box and it is only 100 inches which means if it shrinks 6 inches on washing it will not hang below the sheets. Now I have to send it back. The customer service representative would not let me speak to a supervisor or the owner of the company. The owner of the company seems to have founded a charitable organization, but this is not a good way to run a company. They have great design and unique products, but sizing is such a problem, and when you are selling clothing and bed linens sizing is critical.
