Nationwide Home Innovations headquarters is based on the Dorset Jurassic Coast, we’ve been installing high quality home improvement products across the country for over 35 years.
We believe in providing first-class bespoke pergolas, verandas and awnings using the highest quality materials. All our products come with a 5 year guarantee.
Our process is simple, firstly a countrywide sales representative will visit for a free, no obligation design consultation where samples are presented and all requirements are discussed. Upon placing an order, our surveyor will visit to ensure the product will fit flawlessly. Our own skilled installers will complete the installation to the high standards we expect.

Although there was holdups because of covid, transit etc which was not the fault of the company, the satisfactory part for me was the communication about what was going on, that makes me as a customer in the know, which is very important, and when the fitting was done on the date that was arranged over the phone, the fitters were very good and took care in their work
Having decided to look for an electronically operated canopy awning, we approached several companies advertising on line.
Nationwide were the quickest to respond and whilst not necessarily the cheapest seemed to be very professional and competitive.
We spoke at length to James who was honest and open about their products and also how they compared to other products on the market, both in terms of specifications, choice and price.
We visited their showroom in Wareham twice to make the choice on fabric and style (would recommend this is essential).
After we made our choice an on site survey was arranged to check pre production and installation issues. The surveyor made several useful suggestions and we actually changed the canopy style slightly to one which was more suitable for our property in terms of overall size and projection.
There was quite a long production time due to all the Covid issues but this was actually improved upon and the canopy was installed quickly and efficiently and looks great - we're looking forward to using it as soon as Spring arrives.
All in all a very good, professional and friendly service from Nationwide thank you.

Very helpful from start to finish
From chatting to the sales manager. The manager who measured the property for the blind and the choice of colours and fabric were excellent. The fitters arrived as arranged and the follow up phone call was excellent. We would definitely recommend this company to others and our blind had lots of compliments when our friends and family saw it.

We completed a written appraisal a while back. I should have copied it but didn't. I was hoping that Nationwide would have responded to our concerns but I am afraid that as they had been paid promptly and in full they obviously did not feel that our concerns were worth following up. Although I think we said that we would recommend them, on reflection I do not think we would.

Had my veranda installed a couple of days ago. I didn't think the installers would do it because the weather was very wet, windy and freezing. I have never seen two people work so incredibly hard, all the while trying to protect my lawn (almost impossible with all the rain). They worked non-stop from 08.00 until it really was too dark to see anything. Probably 17.30 or thereabouts. As they came from Dorset, they must have been up at 5.30 am - unbelievable. They finished the job in a day. Very neat and tidy workmanship. I am thrilled to bits with the Iseo Veranda. Everything went smoothly and every step was explained by their lovely sales person Gerry, their Surveyor Matt and Operations Manager Andy. Such a great company and team to deal with and a real breath of fresh air in the current climate.

When we first saw your advert in our daily paper we decided to send for a brochure. When it arrived and we saw the quality of the awnings and pergolars we decided to book an appointment for someone to visit us. Answer: Good morning If you are purchasing the property with the awning installed then yes it would transfer. If the awning is being removed, transported and reinstalled by a third part then we would not be able to continue the guarantee. I hope this helps
