Nationwide Home Innovations headquarters is based on the Dorset Jurassic Coast, we’ve been installing high quality home improvement products across the country for over 35 years.
We believe in providing first-class bespoke pergolas, verandas and awnings using the highest quality materials. All our products come with a 5 year guarantee.
Our process is simple, firstly a countrywide sales representative will visit for a free, no obligation design consultation where samples are presented and all requirements are discussed. Upon placing an order, our surveyor will visit to ensure the product will fit flawlessly. Our own skilled installers will complete the installation to the high standards we expect.

Good visit to us by knowledgeable saleswoman, we then visited the excellent showroom and made a final decision on what we wanted. We then had a very useful home visit by the fitter to assess the job and tell us what would be done. He made suggestions which improved the setup and saved us money too. We were told it would be 4 to 6 weeks before we would get the awning fitted - just 4 weeks later it was fitted by two fitters who clearly knew what they were doing - job done in 90minutes! They left everything clean and tidy and were super, friendly and polite, despite me watching them. (I was fascinated and impressed.) Nationwide stood out from competitors because their works and showroom were only a few miles away and the product was very good. Quite expensive but you get what you pay for in this case. We are delighted customers.

I was sold something not fit for purpose after being assured numerous times by 2 people that it would meet my requirements.

Having reviewed your account, we can see our sales representative and technical surveyor confirmed with you the bespoke requirements of the project and on both occasions, contracts were signed agreeing to the design, specification and positioning of the awning. A good experience from start to finish. Arranged a visit to the showroom where a member of staff explained the different options available to us in detail. Having made a decision their surveyor visited us at home and again explained how the awning would be fitted to our bungalow. At this stage we changed the fabric design that we had originally chosen. This was not a problem.
Following the surveyors visit we were kept informed by email of our orders progress on a regular basis.
When the fitting day arrived the fitters arrived on time, worked quickly and tidied up the area where they were working. They then explained the operation of the equipment in detail. A very satisfying experience all round.

We had a Nationwide awning that was still working fine after 20+ years. However, we now needed to replace it with a larger one so chose Nationwide because of the quality of the previous one. Two fitters arrived on time, erected the awning without any drama and tidied up well. They also explained clearly the working of the electrical controls and other items.

Answer: Good morning If you are purchasing the property with the awning installed then yes it would transfer. If the awning is being removed, transported and reinstalled by a third part then we would not be able to continue the guarantee. I hope this helps
