Nationwide Home Innovations headquarters is based on the Dorset Jurassic Coast, we’ve been installing high quality home improvement products across the country for over 35 years.
We believe in providing first-class bespoke pergolas, verandas and awnings using the highest quality materials. All our products come with a 5 year guarantee.
Our process is simple, firstly a countrywide sales representative will visit for a free, no obligation design consultation where samples are presented and all requirements are discussed. Upon placing an order, our surveyor will visit to ensure the product will fit flawlessly. Our own skilled installers will complete the installation to the high standards we expect.

The workmanship and actual veranda were very good. The fitters turned up on time and were diligent in their work. The final product looks very good and smart. We were disappointed in the sales and quotation process. The area representative came to site and viewed the location and discussed with us what we required and then gave us a quotation, which we accepted in writing. However when it came to the survey visit we were told that the veranda had to be bigger and so the price increased. Hidden away in all the words was a paragraph that said that the reps quote was only provisional quotation subject to survey. We were told that this rarely happens but it did on this occasions. They did share some of the additional cost with us but we still were left feeling that as it was not our error then they should have stood by their original quotation.

Our quotes are always given in good faith and we always strive to deliver the most suitable product for your home and meet your needs and expectations. The fitters were very punctual and professional in their whole approach fitting our canopy, there was no rubbish or odd bits left behind and we have enjoyed several evenings sat out under the protection of our canopy. Was it worth the cost? YES.

Installation team arrived on time, worked none stop, were very professional and polite.
Although they tidied up and washed down my patio they missed lots of small aluminium filings which are now being walked in onto my lounge carpet.

I am now able to sit in my garden even in inclement weather, getting fresh air and appreciating my garden. If there was one improvement I could suggest to you, is that when opening the glass door (with the lower catch), I would have liked a handle attached to the glass panel so that I could open it without having to put my fingers all over the glass.
