I bought a Goodman Heat pump AC system in November of 2024. When received, the air handler was damaged and I was told that it was insured and they are going to replace the unit. I was pushed around for a few months and could not wait any longer, so I got another unit from another company. I then left many messages for me to return the System and be refunded. They are not answering the phone or returning phone calls. There are unethical, deceptive, unprofessional lying business. Do not buy. I need my money back

National Air Warehouse has excellent customer service. They were always available to answer my questions and provided helpful advice.

I ordered an AC line after confirming they had it in stock and understood the urgency of getting the part. Customer service said I would get it in 3 to 4 days. I ordered it on Monday, June 21,2021 and they billed me for the part. On Friday I had not received the parts so I called customer service. And was told they were going to ship it out on Friday. The day after they said I would get it. There's an unethical deceptive trade unprofessional lying business.

The site clearly states FREE SHIPPING 2-7 Days. Don't be fooled! They tried to deliver a furnace almost 1 month later. No Communication from anyone. I called and canceled after 2 weeks. They still tried to deliver. They are trying to withhold $500. I have called, emailed, written in chats, and had someone promise that the "Owner" was going to call. And NOTHING. Zero Help! All I can say is about this company: IS A "HUGE WARNING SIGN. Order only if you LIKE getting ripped off!" All I wanted was my full refund due to timing, and they refuse to communicate. Now I am gong to dispute the order on my credit card side. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I received a faulty (gas leaking) AC unit (paid several thousands of $ to national air warehouse) and they said they only covers parts. So instead of replacing the faulty unit they gave me, I have to pay a contractor a ton of money to take apart the entire unit and replace the part inside it. When I called them, they just blamed the manufacturer and said tough luck. Basically, their warranty is not worth the piece of paper its written on. A joke. They should stand by their products and replace the whole unit with one that works and then take it up with the manufacturer. Instead, they choose to screw the customer...

Delivered the equipment to my house and as promised/hassle free! Easier than going to Home Depot!

Will use them again!
