Returned a few items for store credit and now that there are 'new owners' it's not available anymore. Such bs. $200 down the drain! The new owners obviously don't care about the past customers... ridiculous! Website has trash clothes up now anyway.

Do not buy from nastygal.com. I am also a customer who purchased clothing from their site before the changeover. I purchased February 23rd, got the email confirmation that it will be shipped, and have not seen my order ever. They charged my cc, took my money and ran. Furthermore, the new owners are in total collusion with the scam. I have been emailing them over the course of these past weeks, and they first email back "you will receive by March 24th". In regards to my account being deleted, they said "just change your password". Hello, scammers, the site no longer even recognizes my login email! When I emailed again after the 24th they basically said "sorry, we can't do anything, but here's 20% off your next purchase!" Hilarious how they keep shilling this 20% off bit! Their stuff was pretty crappy before, but now it's so crappy it looks like a scam site! Damn. I then called their 213 office number in Los Angeles and the front desk girl was sweet but didn't know anything as their office was closing. She suggested going through my bank and filing a dispute. I think that's about all we can do now. I'm only out $100 but I feel for the gals who were fleeced mad $$$. Apparently there are lawyers handling official disputes so ladies, looks like we gotta go through these legal channels now to get our money back.

BOYCOTT NASTYGAL

Obviously they have screwed ALL of us over on our orders, are providing us with NO HELP, and are delaying our problems with "nice" email responses or no responses at all. This unethical company is STEALING. If we can't get our money back, we can at least make sure as hell they won't receive any more $$ with other orders. We need to spread awareness to others and make sure this company doesn't have a chance to screw over more of people. I lost $300, and as a broke college student, I'm eating ramen with no nice clothes to show for it. Pissed is an understatement.

I ordered from Nastygal and returned the order the day it arrived, within the clear guidelines of their Return Policy. Without warning, the company changed management and claims to have no access to previous customer orders, refusing to issue a refund. Terrible company and customer service under this new management. Cheating hundreds of loyal customers out of their money...

I have also been a loyal customer of nasty gal until my last purchase online, my orders from Jan has still not arrived. I have contacted them and had no reply and I am out of pocket for shoes $200 nzd that have yet not arrived of a 2 week delivery. It's now been 2 months with no reply. I have also never had my bank account details compromised until I made this purchase, the co incidence in un canny looking at the rest of other people's responses. I have had 69 attempts of someone attempting to steal from my account in nz from the purchasing country. Do not trust!

I've had similar experience as many reviews on here. Ordered something 2/28/17, paid, never received anything. I've contacted them 15+ times, with only automatic responses. Finally, today, someone emailed me saying they can't/won't be shipping me my item (ordered it for a wedding, fun) and that I should contact my bank to get a refund. AWESOME. Not only do I not get the item I wanted, I also get to battle the bank on my own. Never doing business with them again.

Terrible company!

There is nothing nice to say about Nasty Gal. I wanted so badly to like them and even remained a customer for about a year buying several items. I think I sent back about 75% of these items. I only kept the others bc it was either a hassle to do so or I had no choice bc it was final sale. The quality of the clothing is horrible and cheap. The customer service sucks! Its nonexistent to be honest. Then- I had a credit in my account and after my complaining so much, they deleted my account! Pocketing my credit. I have never felt with such a horrible business before in my life. STAY AWAY!

Company of CRIMINALS

I had over $100 in credit at NastyGal, and they always treated me well as a customer. Apparently Sophia whatsherface sold the company--I think due to bankruptc--and let these CROOKS take over. I couldn't log into my account so I sent numerous emails with multiple idiotic women telling me to get in touch with my bank for the refund. Here is what one idiot replied to me when I told her my bank will not just hand me money that NastyGal decided to steal from me..."Thanks for getting in touch with us, we really appreciate your email.

We understand how frustrating this must be for you and we are really sorry this has happened to you.

As you know of the change over in management at Nasty Gal, this has caused us to not be able to have a look at any previous orders.

Therefore we are unfortunately unable to help any further with this query.

All we can advise is to speak to your bank about a charge back for the money.

Again, we sincerely apologize to you and we hope you can understand.

If there is anything else, don't hesitate to get back in touch."

I purchased 1 dress, & 2 skirts from Nasty Gal. On the photo description it said that the pieces were made in America, I got the pieces and it's is ALL made in CHINA. As an ethical blogger I can no longer wear these pieces except to explain the lie of this company. Please be aware guys, if the manufacturer matters to you,@nastygal isn't always honest.

Dudeeeeee screw this website. They didn't send me $40 worth of clothing I orcered. That's insane. I ordered it over a month ago, it finally comes & two items are missing. I email them & get the reacurring response that they can't get to past Nasty Gal orders. Thanks for taking the money I worked so hard for & essentially giving me the middle finger. Don't buy from people like this. I want my money back or the clothes. Comeon ugghhhhhhhhhhh

I had a $134 credit with Nasty Gal on my account! I logged in to use it and my account was gone! When I contacted Nasty Gal they said because it's under a new ownership my credit is completely gone and "There's nothing they can do about it."! What A RIP OFF I WAS TOLD THIS CREDIT WOULD NEVER EXPIRE! I'm so mad!

I wish I could leave them zero stars. I returned 3 items from my order on 2/17. The items return value was over $80. They provided me with a return label, of which I used.

Due to the management change, they are unable to refund my money, and only offered me $20 as "a gesture of goodwill." I told them the items I ordered and sent my order confirmation, shipping confirmation, everything they needed in order to get me my money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER. I think we all need lawyers.

Ive been loyal to this $#*! for years! Even though her clothes are over priced AF. I ordered from them. Long story short $500 buck down the drain. My order never came. And the ones that showed up were not what I ordered.

Disappointed

Was one of those that ordered from the 70% sale. Took forever to ship & was shipped the wrong items! They told me it was because it was under new ownership so they can't do anything about it. Was disappointed from that. Then ordered a pair of sunglasses from the site just a week ago and was still sent the wrong item! They absolutely can't do anything about it & the customer service absolutely sucks! Will never ever order from here again
