I ordered 10 items and all the items were so cheaply made. You can find better quality at forever 21. I was really disappointed and I'm returning them all.
So I bought a pair of denim shorts, a leather biker jacket, cargo pants, and a belt. The clothes are in good shapes, and it fits me well! The size chart is correct.
Shipping is 3 days late, and Idk about return quality. But overall, Nasty Gal has not been deserved all the hate.
Their shirts are great quality but my shoes broke within first wore :( true to size and they actually fit like on the model. The shoes are so cute and also true to size
I have been a loyal nasty gal customer for years. Recently my orders have been going to an old address and when asked about it nastygal refunds my money. However no explanation... they even wanted me to update the address in the usps website yet the tracking number they gave me didn't work.
Even when I had proof of their mistake they still didn't try to rectify the problem.
Nastygal used to be a great company. Now that they've sold out... two thumbs down!

I ordered a pair of heels in a US size 7, received a pair marked as a 5, but was clearly at least a US size 9.
Also ordered a bodycon dress in a 4 but received a dress that looked like a kids small. The dress also has seams that don't match up (seams from the chest darts don't match up with the seams for the skirt).
NastyGal used to be so amazing for higher quality (albeit more expensive) trendy clothing. I wonder where everything went wrong.
I used to love their clothes! The item that I recently purchased was cheaply made and not like the photo at all! I don't know where they got the photos. Poor quality. I will be returning the item, ASAP!
After reading a number of reviews, I was nervous about ordering the Bad Blood Faux Leather Moto Jacket, but I couldn't be happier. The delivery did take a little while but the merch was well-packaged--neatly folded with tissue paper to protect the hardware. And the jacket is beautiful. I'm short so jackets can often hit a lot lower than they should--but this one is right where it should be. It looks just like the online pics and it's really soft--which is hard to do with faux leather! The single issue: the sleeves are a little long but that's okay. I don't mind them coming over my wrists, and I can always push them up. I certainly don't look as beautiful as the twenty-something online model but for an over 60s woman, I look fairly badass! V happy with this jacket. It'll be perfect for my upcoming Fall trip to the UK.

My last two recent purchases (one I just received today) have totally turned me off.
I ordered a bikini top and was sent the wrong item, but they said I'd have to return the bikini and order the item again which was bothersome as it was their mistake.
This time I ordered a casual grey dress, plain black tee, and layered necklace. The necklace came apart because two of the links had a gap. I had to fix it myself.
The grey dress had huge and WEIRD armpits. I mean super weird. I'm small so I'm used to having to take clothes in, but I had to sow a seam going into the bust to fix it, and I only did so because the rest of the dress was really nice and I knew returning was an absolute hassle with them at this point. My quick fix still looks sort of strange, and I'm lamenting what the dress could have been because other features of the garment are really cool. I rarely complain, and this is probably the first negative review I've ever written. The seam was just wrong or a mistake, plain and simple.
The clothes are of a similar style to the old nastygal, but they lack even acceptable quality. It breaks my heart as I'm a picky shopper when it comes to style, but I can't justify buying any more products. I mean, any website that almost always has items on sale for "50%" really is just selling cheap stuff. They couldn't have an almost constant sale if the clothes were really worth the supposed full price. They just try and trick you with styles that look more expensive and a price to match so you'll make an impulse buy because of the "great deal".
I absolutely adored Nastygal's merchandise and I always thought their stuff was of good quality in the past. However, I just ordered 4 pieces from their website and they were horrible quality, an awkward fit, and looked a lot better online than in person. I usually don't write reviews but I am just so disappointed and wanted to let people know, so that they don't spend the money on these items. They do have good sales constantly, however, their pricing is just wayyyy too high for the quality you get. I felt like all of the stuff I ordered were from 3rd party sellers off amazon like Romwe. The sizing is inconsistent, as well. For example, the last thing I ordered from Nastygal was a top in size 6 that turned out to be WAY too small. This time, I made sure to order an 8 in this other top. When i received it, it looked like it was 10 sizes too big for me. If these pieces were like $10 or less then I would understand why. You pay for quality. That being said, I really don't believe spending that much money on stuff of such poor quality. I'm so bummed because I love their style.
I just ordered a couple of dressed and 2 piece outfits and had to return every single piece. The patterns where different that the ones on the website, and even the colors were fully off. The fabric was completely mis aligned on a gingham dress, it was terrible. It sucks because I used to love it, now its cheaper than shein! Too bad, never buying here again.
I loved the Nasty Gal store when it first opened and purchased several items. The they just got trashy and disrespectful. To sell anything that has "$#*! you", or "I don't give $#*!" on it shows a total lack of respect for their buyers as well as for those that may see these garments in public. Very poor taste!
I ordered a bodysuit in a US size 2. They sent me a US size 6. When I told them it was wrong and I will be needing a size 2. They tried to tell me I ordered a UK size, when I didn't, and I had a confirmation email with proof. After I told them that they told me to try it on and see if it fit? Clearly it did not fit considering I ordered a size 2 not 6. I said I would ship them it and would be expecting them to pay for the shipping cost and send me the correct size. They said they couldn't do that but I could re order it online if I wanted. It was there mistake and they should have sent me the correct size and paid for the shipping for me to send my wrong size back. I'm FURIOUS.
I bought 7 items from this company and the only thing I would buy again from them are tee shirts or some item I wouldn't be able to find at another store. You get what you pay for, their deals are probably scams to get people to think they're lucking out on the items. The quality was worse than expected and very itchy. I bought a sweater that was very tight and found a hole in it from someone probably breaking it. The clothing looks as pictured but it's not comfortable and may be worn down.
I've heard a lot about NastyGal and found the 50% off everything discount on the website. I was so surprised so I was like hell yea! I scrolled around and found the Dionne Plaid Dress, which I clicked on so quickly because it was only $20 (original $40) and the design was unique from other dresses I have seen. I bought it and it took a week to arrive. I was so excited I immediately went out to my mailbox when I heard it open. At first sight it looked exactly how it did on the website. However, I was too disappointed when I tried it on. The straps fell off my shoulders after moving around in it, the hip fitting was strangely boxy and unflattering, and there were a lot of loose threads around the dress. Long story short, I can't speak for other items, but I am disappointed in the poor quality of this and the fact that NastyGal overprices their items for such cheaply made clothes. I'm sure I can get something similar from Forever 21 or H&M for cheaper and better quality. I would stay away from purchasing risky clothes from NastyGal (dresses, skirts, etc.) because their sizing and fitting is sketchy. Spend your money somewhere else. Notice how they don't enable customers to add reviews on their website too...
I haven't ordered anything from Nasty Gal because I am now reluctant to buy anything from this company based on the countless bad reviews I have read over.
I have thankfully only ran into small issues. I was just about to purchase my order when all of a sudden my transaction was declined. I tried with my second card - it was declined once more. I had already checked both cards before and so I checked afterwards, no money taken, thankfully. Yet I definitely have enough to make my purchase so I'm not understanding what's going on at all.
It's ridiculous that this company only presents one means of communication through customer service, and it being through email at that! I contacted customer service and waited 18 hours for a response. In the end, I have already attempted most of what they advised by looking for anything I could find through forums on google during that span of 18 hours. (Trying a different browser, calling in with the bank, using a different device, etc.) None of these solutions worked.
I'm definitely not going to wait another 18 hours for another response. I understand you guys go by 24 hours, but as a customer I really wish I didn't waste time for solutions that didn't work. Could have been solved within a couple of hours had there been a customer service rep to contact by phone.
After more than 40 emails back and forth, they started sending me refunds separately. I told them that I wasn't sending the other clothes back unless they agreed to pay for the packaging fee because the original one was unusable. They finally agreed and after refunding me $2, I got a wire transfer charge of $15. DO THEY ACTUALLY THINK WE ARE DUMB?! This so ridiculous. I got back $2 to be charged $15. Why won't they do things directly and why do they keep giving unnecessary charges?! Literally SUCH A SCAM COMPANY who has no respect for its customers. After trying to email them, they told me that there is nothing they can do because it has nothing to do with them. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. They refused to do a direct refund and made me do a wire transfer knowing that it would simply charge me 7 times the amount they were refunding. NASTY GAL LIVES UP TO THEIR NAME AS THEY ARE A NASTY COMPANY.
I ordered more than $100 worth from this company and it said 5-6 business days of shipping. After about 10 business days of not receiving my items, I shot them an email asking about my package and they told me that I had to wait another week to see and that there was nothing they could do right now. When I finally received my package almost 3 weeks later, the packaging was ripped all over which 2 giant holes and then wrapped together with plastic wrap to keep the whole thing together. In addition, 2 of my items were missing, the quality of everything was horrible and had a weird smell on it and the one item that was actually somewhat okay had black stains on it. The company also does not have any phone # for you to call, which is super sketchy in itself. I just really hope that they give me a full refund, despite the missing items and pay for any packaging costs as the packaging is clearly in no condition to be used again...
I saw one of their outfits displayed in a fashion show on the news so decided to order from them. I ordered four items for the first time and was worried because I failed to check reviews prior to ordering. Am confused by previous poor reviews. I rec'd email confirmations and shipments in timely manner. Items rec'd quickly and are exactly what the photos show. They fit nicely, are of good quality and the pricing was reasonable. I will definitely order from them again.

Long story short I ordered a a black denim skirt. They gave me a completely different skirt that was a different size from what I ordered. I would rate this company zero stars if I could. I am confusion. I am anger.
I never shopped nastygal prior and this will be my first and certainly last exsperience. I have ordered 6 items. Shipping took 9 days. Quality is so poor I did not bother trying some of the dresses. 100% Cotton dresses were absolutely see through. Sizing does not match their size chart, evreything was either too big or too small. When I looked in the bag there was no return shipping label with itemized receipt, like ASOS does. Their website sent me to a returns link that could not recognize my order number and prompted me to email customer service. I will wait on their response, but it's not the most convenient way and I sense this will be a nightmare of its own. Most sites offer you to retun smth using the link from the order number itself. Website pictures do not portray items accurately, some are missing fabric composition, which is very important to me. I was also bothered by the fact, that I have received a promo code to complete the purchase with the exact content of my cart, after the order has been placed already for 2 days. "Seal the deal" they said. Well, it was too late and gave me so much remorse as I am a deal shopper, I felt cheated.

Answer: I never ordered Anything from this company, they got my debt card # and just started to Take funds out of my acc. That is how they got caught, I would NEVER order anything from them! Be very careful if you do.
